Please help my OU team

Question

I'm stuck between a ladder of 1450 and 1500. Please give any honest, harsh comments about my team. Thank you.

In my opinion, this is a good team. However, I have two fixes:

 - Milotic's place in this team is debatable. Milotic's place in OU itself is debatable, as I see no real role it fills. While Haze is nice and Milotic's bulk is undeniably good, it does feel passive and is forced out by a few threats of the meta such as any Electric-type Pokémon (read: Thundurus, Rotom-W), Serperior, Venusaur-mega, Tangrowth, Ferrothorn and more. I am not convinced. What could replace it? I have no honest clue so you've got to clarify its role in a comment.
 - Hidden Power Ground is better for Serperior. It beats Steel- and Fire-type Pokémon as well as Heatran who otherwises forces Serperior out.

I feel like without Serperior, Ground types would give this team a bit of trouble. So just keep Serperior alive. But yeah, replace Milotic for something like Swampert or maybe even Suicune or something. I don't know. I spend most of my time in UU.

Yes, this is for single OU, and I meant Milotic to be a wall. Yesterday, I have noticed many drawbacks of Milotic by being single - typed mon and replaced with Unaware Quagsire, which is a significant threat to Sword Dance - reliant sweepers, especially Scizor.
I understand the good point you are mentioning on HP - Ground, but I always find Scizor walling me more often than Heatran, while I can simply force Heatran away with my Landorus.
