Sylveon: Pixilate Hyper Voice is better than Moonblast in pretty much every way. Leftovers is usually preferred over Sitrus Berry to allow Sylveon to switch into more hits.
Rotom-Heat: Dark Pulse isn't really necessary, with 2 other Pokemon with moves that hit the same types Dark does. Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave are better, because they can cripple a sweeper.
Feraligatr: Life Orb gives almost as much of a boost as Liechi Berry, and doesn't require you to take damage to activate. Life Orb damage doesn't really matter because Sheer Force negates it. Crunch is usually better than Superpower, because it can 2HKO Cresselia. Superpower doesn't score many KOs that other moves do not.
Rhydon: While it has great bulk with Eviolite, it has no place in a format where half of the S to A- are Water or Grass types. Cresselia is better in pretty much every way with better typing and reliable recovery. Swampert can also act as a bulky switch in with Stealth Rock, but only has Leftovers for healing.
Absol-Mega: Mixed Absol isn't really worth it. Dark Pulse doesn't do more significantly greater damage to most physical walls, and even Fire Blast only has a ~44% chance to 2HKO Mega Aggron after factoring in misses. Doublade and Alomomola both beat Mega-Absol in a 1 v 1. A Swords Dance, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, and Play Rough set is better, because once you're at +2 it becomes very hard to switch in to.
