Info:

  • The types were assigned randomly and i had one ban, i banned Azumarril. I have no bans.
  • The variety on Drag is quite low so I decided on focusing on being fast and strong. Water will outplay me in every other case i think.
  • Plenty of Substitutes in order to fight utility pokemon and not getting Paralyzed
  • Every physic pokemon has a decent amount of SpA so i decided to build Draco Meteor on them as a 'surprise element' on tanks
  • We are allowed to play 1 Mega, Latios has a decent move pool so it's him

This is what i builded for it:

Flema (Kyurem-Black) @ Leftovers
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Draco Meteor
- Stone Edge
- Substitute

Generally the starter. Mandatory Fusion bolt, anti-utility pokemon Substitute and Stone Edge to cover enemy weaknesses.

Saliva (Latias) @ Cheri Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Grass Knot

Offensive Latias, she can take Sp Damage quite decently. Grass and Electric to nuke and defog if necessary

Esputo (Latios) @ Latiosite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor

Oriented as Latias. Draco meteor to ensure kills on menacing pokemon.

Mucus (Dragonite) @ Leftovers
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Extreme Speed
- Thunder Punch
- Draco Meteor
- Substitute

My anti-Cloyster. Any pokemon of this is able to leave a Sashed cloyster 1%, dagonite comes next to kill it.

Expectoración (Salamence) @ Cheri Berry
Ability: Moxie
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Fang
- Substitute
- Brick Break
- Draco Meteor

More muscle. Anti PAR item, thinking about anti-BUR en case of suicuEmpoleon.

Gargajo (Kingdra) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Dance
- Double-Edge
- Substitute

Good resistances. Oriented on Dragon dance.

Replace black Kyurem with white Kyurem so you can get more types of attacks and focus on one attack stat. Replace cheri berry on Latias with soul dew. Replace Salamence with Rayquaza. Replace Kingdra with Palkia.

If you’re using your EVs for Kingdra’s SAtk then I wouldn’t use Double-Edge and Dragon Dance. Kingdra should receive enough speed with it’s Swift Swim ability during rain so it’s best to teach it Rain Dance along with a Damp Rock which extends the duration of Rain Dance.
Having Kindra as your first Pokémon enables you to set up kind of a ‘’rain team’’. Switch Thunderbolt with Thunder for Latias/Latios since it’ll become 100% accurate in rain.

Dragonite seems to work quite well in a rain team. I would teach him Surf which gets boosted by rain, Thunder (same as with Latias/Latios) and Hurricane which also becomes 100% accurate during rain. You could also switch Thunder for Superpower to get rid of nasty Pokémon like Ferrothorn or teach it Subsitute. Multiscale is a great ability for Dragonite. Teach it Roost and give it a Leftovers to keep it’s HP high. Put it’s EVs in the attack stat.

You should also consider using Flygon. It’s a very underrated Dragon but it can be very useful. The same goes for Altaria.

This is all I have to say but I’m sure others can help you. They may also correct if I made any mistakes :)

I always used Dragon Pokémon in Gen III. It's a great type!
