AAA is one of my favourite tiers. This is my first AAA team, so ofc it isn't very good. But lets just get right into it.

Minior-Meteor @ White Herb
Ability: Unburden
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Earthquake
- Acrobatics
- Stone Edge

Minior reaches about 1567 speed or something after a Shell smash Unburden White herb. Once set up, There is NO stopping this monster. (Unless Scizor) Or it at least gives this team a huge help, cuz dis is my lead. Earthquake is just amazing for stopping non-levitate mons weak to ground. Acrobatics is great STAB adds to the help of losing White herb. Stone edge is also good STAB and the fact it has only 80 acc doesn't make it the most reliable move. But still puts in work.

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Normalize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Skill Swap
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Thunderbolt

Skill swap is an Extremely underrated move in AAA. Taking the abilities out of mons? Great! Adding normalize as the ability just makes this better, forcing them to switch. Shadow ball is STAB and my only way to hit flash fire Scizor. Same with Sludge wave, hitting opponents as they switch in. I know this set can be better, but I still like it, having Thunderbolt for Pelipper and Mantine. And other Water or Flying types.

Manaphy @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Ice Beam

This was originally Water bubble Manaphy, but that was banned. So I created Lightning rod Manaphy. Step 1: Tail Glow while they switch out to a (Hopefully) Electric type. Step 2: they outspeed and lightning rod activates, +4 SpA! Step 4: Proceed to sweep. Surf is the most powerful STAB move Manaphy gets, helping it OHKO all mons weak to it at +3. Ice beam is Beast Boost Dragon coverage, also helping defeat flying and other types, Shadow ball is mainly for Megagross, but is also just great coverage.

Kartana @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Smart Strike
- Night Slash
- Sacred Sword

Scarf Adaptability Kartana. Dat Leaf Blade is gonna wreak everything. I used band, but then I just started to get OHKO'd and Outsped. I haven't tried scarf yet. But I think it will work. Leaf blade is a powerful STAB move boosted by Adaptability. Wreaking house when it is not resisted. Smart Strike is the move I go for when everything is neutral but Leaf blade, It also has a handy (?) effect of never missing. (Laughs at Driftblim) Night slash helps with Psychic types, and Sacred sword is amazing fighting coverage.

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Knock Off

Yes, I know Venusaur exists. Yes, I know there are better mons. But I wanted to try Thick Fat Tangrowth out. And It usually catches people by Surprise, like "Why did that ice beam do so little?" Anyway, AV 252 Spd Calm is great for taking those special attacks. Giga drain is great grass STAB, also healing. Focus blast is good coverage, Sludge bomb is for poisoning pokes, and Knock off may be bad for Tangrowth, but it still removes items.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Eruption
- Earth Power
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon

Heatran always gives my a few laughs, Levitate always surprises people and it's just so weird to imagine a huge monster just floating around. But anyway, Eruption is the main STAB here, dealing 150 base power at full HP. Earth power is gud. Dark pulse comes in handy with Ghost types like gengar, Flash cannon is STAB number 2. Dealing tons to fairy types.

So that's all, Folks! Make sure to Rate!

You should give Kartana Pure Power.
Except for the fact Pure Power is banned
Oh, I didn know that. I don't even play AAA lol.
give heatran lava plume instead of dark pulse

Minior is really good, maybe running 4 Def instead of 4 SpDef as you have a lot of SpDef Evs on your team.

Gengar is OK, I suggest running Status moves over Damaging moves just to mess with people. Or you can replace TBolt with Calm Mind/Taunt. A +1 Gengar can take them out in 2 hits or so and taunt is good for things that might set up.

Manaphy, REALLY GOOD. I have nothing to say that is bad about that set, Good coverage, there are only 8 Pokemon
that resist all 3 of those moves. (Mega Gyarados, Sharpdeo, Crawdaunt, Bibarel, Greninja, I didn't include LC or Prevolves)

Kartana needs to be Jolly if it really wants to outspeed, Night Slash should be replaced with X-Scissor as it can hit more. Everything else is fine, nice ability choice BTW

Tangrowth is fine, but Leftovers might be better, then it can use Status moves to have a good recovery option

I see Heatran should swap items with Tangrowth XD, The Assault Vest will help take move nicely.

OK so that is my review, (BTW this is my opinion :O)

Why should Manaphy cover all but 8 Pokemon when it can cover all of them with energy ball?
Energy ball covers only water types brah

But thanks for your help! I made sure to do all that :D. Also I Changed White herb to Sash, the defence drop from Shell smash makes it usually a OHKO into the Sash, if they don't go for an attacking move. Then I set it up again.
Scald and ice beam leaves only water to be covered.
No Problem! I was thinking about Assault Vest not being very good, so you can change the item. Sorry for the late reply! Happy battling!

First of all, why do u run unburden minior. It outspeeds most of the metagame already with the +2 boost and gets even faster when it activates it's ability. Why do you run normalize gengar? They would just switch out to a magic bounce pokemon and it would not do anything. And faster pokemon could hit then switch out. Motor Drive Manaphy is better for sweep capabilities since it boosts your speed. Quiet Heatran? Not Modest? Laughable. Thick Fat Tangrowth is ok, and the same thing for Kartana.
