This is a team that uses OU Format

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Roost

My Mega Pokémon. This Scizor is mostly used for Pursuit trapping. Max HP is used to soak as many physical attacks as possible. Max attack is to make as much damage as possible, as a Technician powered Bullet Punch and U-Turn deals a lot of damage. Pursuit, like I said before, is for trapping or getting some chip damage on some Pokémon. Roost gives Scizor more chances to fight in the battle.

Chandelure @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Energy Ball
- Overheat

Chandelure is very important to use with Scizor since it has Flash Fire. Not only does it cover Scizor's x4 weakness to fire, but it also powers up Chandelure's moves. The Choice Scarf makes Chandelure a good revenge killer. Shadow Ball and Flamethrower are the standard STAB attacks and the latter is used instead of Fire Blast because it has better accuracy. Energy Ball hits ground and water types. Overheat is used as your most powerful attack against bulkier Pokémon.

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic Spikes
- Haze
- Scald
- Recover

My first Utility Pokémon. Everyone knows Toxapex's role. To wall and to poison. In this case, I turned Toxapex into a physical wall. Toxic Spikes is used instead of Toxic because you (usually) would not risk an entire turn to poisoning and the other Pokémon sets up. That's why you should use Haze. Haze can be useful for Pokémon who are setting up, such as the Ultra Beasts (They have access to Beast Boost), Calm Mind Mega Slowbro, and Volcarona. Scald is not used for attacking unless the opposing Pokémon is weak to it. It is used for its chance to burn and to put even more pressure on physical attackers. Recover gives some longevity to Toxapex without it having to switch out (Because of Regenerator's 1/3 HP restore). Finally, the Black Sludge helps out Toxapex by restoring small parts of its HP. This can avoid 2HKOs, like Buzzwole's Earthquake.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell
- Seismic Toss

A player who doesn't know Chansey has never seen it in competitive battles. Even though I am using the gimmicky mixed wall set, this Chansey is mostly a special wall and a cleric. I use Thunder Wave to cripple fast Pokémon and non-grounded 'mons and I use it over Toxic because Toxapex already does that. Paralysis also has a chance to immobilize the opposing Pokémon. Soft-Boiled allows Chansey to soak more hits and Heal Bell is for curing the status conditions of the team. Seismic Toss does damage to the opponent, and a move that removes 50 HP can be useful at defeating frail threats.

Xurkitree @ Psychium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hypnosis
- Tail Glow
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball

Xurkitree has an incredible base 173 Special Attack. Unfortunately, it has a below average base 83 Speed. Luckily, Z-Hypnosis raises Speed, and it can even outspeed Pheromosa at +1. Thunderbolt is the standard move, and you should always spam it when needed. Energy Ball is used for the ground types that are immune to Thunderbolt. Tail Glow is to raise Xurkitree's Special Attack at +3, and even Chansey fears this Ultra Beast after the boost.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch

The classic DDMD, or Dragon-Dancing Multiscale Dragonite. A boost in Speed allows Dragonite to outspeed base 125 Speed Pokémon while giving more power to its attacks. Earthquake has great coverage and is great paired with Extreme Speed. Fire Punch is also a good attack, hitting Ferrothorn and opposing Scizor harder. The Lum Berry is for curing any status conditions and works great with Multiscale and Dragon Dance.

Any opinions? Please comment below. The sets of are from Smogon and were modified (except Toxapex, which remains the same).

There is an OU tier and an OU format. The FORMAT is a game where every Pokemon is allowed except those designated to Uber or Anything Goes. The TIER is the set of Pokemon that get more than 3.4% usage in OU. When you say, "This team isn't OU," we assume it means the team is not for the OU format. What format is this team really for?
Why not Jolly Dragonite? Now it can outspeed base 140 speed pokemon.
This is OU Format.
Thanks for telling us.
RE: Psychoman.

There aren't a lot of relevant Pokémon with 140 base speed in OU Tier, except Mega Sceptile, and Dragonite isn't a good matchup unless it has Dragon Claw/Outrage, not to mention I can easily counter Sceptile with Chansey.
