-Pyukumuku - Soak / Taunt / Recover / Toxic
-Aegislash - Toxic / King's Shield / Shadow Sneak / Automize

A nature should decrease the stat a Pokemon needs the least. For example, Xurkitree doesn't use its physical attack at all, but it still uses its physical defense stat occasionally. Therefore, a timid nature would be better than a hasty nature.
If you can't decide what item to give to a Pokemon, give it leftovers.
Xurkitree should have ice hidden power to let it defeat grass and dragon Pokemon, as well as volt switch in case you don't feel like choice locking yourself. Thunderbolt, thunder, and discharge do almost the same thing, so replace two of those.
Let's pretend your Greninja was facing a fighting Pokemon. Scald would have 120 base power (80 power with STAB), and acrobatics would have 110 base power (55 base power with type chart). Therefore, acrobatics is useless for covering fighting. Give it something actually useful, like water shuriken or u-turn.
Your team should have a hazard remover, so you should probably add Skarmory.
Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful nature
- Spikes
- Defog
- Roost
- Counter
Rough Skin is almost always better than Sand Veil on Garchomp, even with Sandstorm.  Replace the ability as suggested, and replace Sandstorm with either Iron Tail or Poison Jab.  Competitive Garchomps usually hold either Life Orb or Choice Scarf, so that's a good place to start when deciding an item.
Iron head is better than iron tail, and I think swords dance is better than both.

Without knowing what tier you want to play is hard to point out your weaknesses but your type coverage is pretty good, the few flaws i see are your moves a natures, i'll post some of your sets but corrected for more coverage and reliability and for the last mon i suggest some type of ground-resist or immune because you would struggle against other garchomps:

Xurkitree @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spe / 4HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Energy Ball
- Volt Switch (for taking momentum on an opponent's switch)
- Dazzling Gleam

Garchomp (M) @ Groundium Z
Ability: Rough Skin (much better than sand veil)
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
- Poison Jab

Mimikyu (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Disguise
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough
- Shadow Claw
- Shadow Sneak

nothing to say, good set

Greninja (Ash-Greninja) (M) @ Focus Sash (i prefer the protean one, more versatile)
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 252 Spe / 40 Atk / 216 Sp Atk
Hasty Nature
- Ice beam
- Dark Pulse
- Water Shuriken
- U-Turn

Heatran (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SP. Atk / 40 Spe / 212 HP
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Earth Power
- Lava Plume
- Flash Cannon

for the last one as i said i'll go with a flying-levitate or ground resist pokèmon because this team suffer a bit too much hard-hitting ground type pokèmon, hope i helped.

Thanks! I chose Skarmory for a flying type. Recommend a moveset?
@Jonny The question was tagged "OU".
@Flan There's a Skarmory moveset in my comment on the original post. You can read that if you want.
