At one point Tapu Koko was a Scarfchomp with outrage, eq, stone edge, and poison jab, but then that would make my team have 3 pokemon with eq and stone edge. Tell me what you think, what I need, and if Scarfchomp is a better homie than Tapu Koko

Return on Tapu Koko basically does what its other moves do already, so it might be better with quick attack or steel wing.

Make tapu koko a special attacker with thunderbolt, dazzle gleam, u-turn/volt switch, grass knot. (Life orb)
Remove surf and replace it with scald because you can burn the opponent and reduce the attack. Remove flamethrower and replace it fire blast on charizard. Looks good
