By IVs do you mean EVs? They're different things
Have you actually used this team before?
On defensive Pokemon, like Groudon and Lugia, it's usually better to max HP than a defense stat. This is because HP investment helps a Pokemon take hits from both categories of attacks. The moves dark void and aqua ring are bad, so replace dark void with hypnosis and aqua ring with something like thunder. Kyogre doesn't need two STAB attacks, so replace one of them with calm mind. Groudon doesn't really need coverage attacks, so replace stone edge and thunder punch with fire punch and stealth rock.
yeah I used it, got to 1400 on showdown with it too, but thanks for the stuff man! also why is dark void bad?
Lugia has a problem if it gets taunted.
If you're playing in an old generation, then use dark void. In Generation 7, dark void's accuracy was reduced to 50%, making it worse than hypnosis.
