second team attempt

Question

This is a world better than the last team i tried XD
Soo far i'm walled by Lando-T, but blissey isnt a problem anymore XD.
I havent battled enough to know exactly what kind of team i like using, but i do respectably with this setup. Any suggestions would be well-met.

I can't make it anywhere for the vgc, but i'd like to do decent in ratings battles.
And i guess single wifi battles could be compared to smogon ou.

Can you use all six of these in each battle, or do you have to choose three at the beginning of each battle and not use the other three?

Other than having to replace solar beam and eq on charizard, do you think i'd be better served by M-Aggron? He's supposed to be my p. Tank mostly. idc about setting stealth rock, i figure if i put defog on latias and charizard they'd have me covered for opposing entry hazards.

Dump aggron for ferro (leech seed toxic protect and power whip. Or what you see better) on mega charizard dump earthquake for roost or hp ice. Dump venusaur for tangwroth ( assult vest, giga drain sludge bomb knock off and hp ice) and it's pretty decent no lt sure about lucario tho
