Replace Arceus's extreme speed with calm mind to raise stats. Give it 252 HP/4 SpA/252 Spe timid because calm mind already raises special attack. Give Groudon 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpD for more bulk and replace solar beam with stealth rock to lay hazards. Give Kyogre modest nature and replace surf with calm mind for more power. Give Mewtwo timid nature to outspeed more stuff. Give Xerneas 252 Def/252 SpA/4 Spe modest because its speed is already raised enough by geomancy. Give Rayquaza 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe adamant for a little more bulk. Replace its dragon claw and overheat with dragon dance to boost stats and extreme speed to take out faster opponents.

I added most of your improvments but why dafuq do I have to remove Dragon Claw? It's RayRays main STAB, I see no reason to replace it with Dragon Dance. I replaced Overheat with Dragon Dance and the rest of the improvements helped me out a lot. Thanks for your feedback!

Rayquaza's main STAB is dragon ascent, not dragon claw. There are very few situations in which dragon claw is better than both dragon ascent and earthquake.
