I think your problem is that you're not using the best Pokemon. Therian Landorus is a better ground type sweeper than Mamoswine, and Naganadel is a better sweeper than Greninja. Also, hazards are pretty useless in doubles because it's often easier to attack opponents than to hurt them a little when the switch, so replace Foretress with something that's more useful.
Thanks for the advice sumwun after 20 mins of searching here's a team of your advice

As I said earlier, hazards are useless in doubles. Why does your Excadrill know stealth rock and rapid spin?
Well Rapid Spin is in case the enemy has Hazards even though it's mostly unlikely and Stealth Rock yeah maybe Iron Head over Stealth rock
Also Maybe i'll Move Out Togekiss and Excadrill with Tapu Koko Or Tyranitar Because both provide Coverage Support  to Mega Salamence
You're using four Pokemon per battle. Even if the opponent had stealth rock or spikes, you won't do enough switching to get hurt a lot by them.
I can do a rate if you want. Might include some big changes though. Which Pokemon would you like me to leave?

If you want a rate for the new team, then you should ask a separate question.
I agree, post the VGC team in a separate post

Honnestly New Post or not it is two teams he was using at the time. However rating for a season is really hard as the meta is always changing. Perhaps more frequent posts, "Rate my 2018 Regional team" or national or "my teams as of now (or the date of post unil any meta changes greatly hurt my team). One team for entire season wont work. Or just ask rate my teams as of now. Witch would be for 2019, time of posting.

Scrapz posted in 2017 a team for VGC 2018, a very reasonable thing to do. You're the one commenting on a two-year-old team. Why are you commenting on a two-year-old team?
