A team I'm playing with right now, could do with adjustments imo

tysm
Replace Diancie's psyshock with fire hidden power to cover grass and steel. Give Keldeo a leftovers to heal and 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe timid for more speed. Give Celesteela a leftovers so it can use status moves and 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD relaxed for more bulk. Replace its air slash, earthquake, and flame charge with leech seed for healing, protect to stall leech seed and leftovers, and flamethrower for more power. Give Victini a choice scarf for more speed. Replace its wild charge and zen headbutt with bolt strike for more power and trick to cripple status move users. Give Landorus 252 Atk/4 SpA/252 Spe hasty for more speed. Replace its knock off with ice hidden power to cover grass and flying.
I think Victini is supposed to function as the team’s wallbreaker. Giving it a Scarf sort of changes its role and worsens its effectiveness against things like Celesteela and Skarmory that otherwise give this team a lot of problems. That and Bulu already has Scarf.
Maybe the standard Z-Celebrate set is better anyway, since balance teams like this often struggle breaking the flow of offence teams, and that set does amazingly against offence. Maybe then Bulu can run Band and Keldeo run Scarf.

Starting With DIancie,

I highly advise you to change the EVS of your diancie With This

128 atk , 128 sp atk , 252 speed

For The Moveset Change

Moonblast
Psyshock
Dia Storm
Earth Power

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 128 Atk / 128 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Earth Power
- Diamond Storm

Secondly With Resolute Keldeo

This Pokemon Will Be Swapped Out With Cloyster.

Cloyster is an AMAZING Defense Tank And Moves Like Rest,Iron Defense,Rapid Spin is Gonna Be Useful In Battle And Cloyster can tank hits and still deal a good amount of damage.

Cloyster @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Iron Defense
- Ice Shard
- Liquidation
- Rapid Spin

Now With Celesteela

I Advise You To Change Celesteela's Moveset and EVS and the item should be a red card so a sweeping pokemon can switch out and switch air slash with acrobatics STAB

Celesteela @ Red Card
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake
- Flame Charge
- Heavy Slam

The Rest Of Your Team Is Fine.

Hope I Helped!!

Will be entirely honest, that Cloyster set is really unconventional and probably not very good. Cloyster has awful SDef which is why a defensive set of this sort is so rarely seen on this Pokémon. (That and Toxapex outclasses all bulky Water-types in most cases.) This Cloyster can only wall particular physical attackers, and against everything else, it loses 1v1. It also lacks reliable recovery, unless you want to run a Rest set in which case you might as well use Suicune.
It would help if you were more particular as to why Keldeo was inadequate, and why Cloyster is a better fit for the team and how it responds to OU’s meta instead of just saying, ‘Rapid Spin is gonna be useful’.
Diancie isn't going to be using diamond storm very often, and seeing how it has three special attacks compared to its one physical attack, maxing special attack EVs is more likely to be useful than splitting EVs between its attack stats. When Keldeo is replaced with Cloyster, the team's user loses out on the opportunity to check a lot of things that are slower than Keldeo, including Blacephalon, Garchomp, mega Charizard Y, Victini, Volcarona, black Kyurem, Zygarde, therian Landorus, and Excadrill. Celesteela isn't a good acrobatics sweeper no matter what. It's simply too slow. If he/she/it wanted an acrobatics sweeper, then he/she/it would be using a Hawlucha.
