the Umbreon is not  a big problem but it needs a attack move like i use Moonblast  and  your team is a tiny bit weak to steel hard hitters and steel walls so if the other team has one of those steel pokes save your Metagross or get walled hard or hit hard but lucky they are uncommon in UU but other than all that good team hope i helped

Replace Swellow with Scizor for more type variety and less shared weaknesses. Replace Blissey's ice beam and protect with seismic toss for more damage and heal bell to cure teammates. Give Crobat a flyinium Z to break certain walls. Replace Aerodactyl's hone claws and aerial ace with earthquake to cover rock and steel and pursuit to trap dark-weak Pokemon.

I suggest taunt because it stops the smeargles and sash brelooms and will-o-wisp users that your team is weak to.

Aerodactyl is already a perfectly fine revenge-killer (though it has no priority attacks, but Jolteon doesn't either), so making Jolteon a revenge-killer seems unnecessary and a waste of a team slot. In fact, I don't think Jolteon is good for anything in UU, so I would suggest simply replacing it with a scarf Magneton. Also, how does removing roost make Crobat bulkier? Sure, taunt is a good move, but roost is also necessary. If you want to use taunt, then the best thing to replace would probably be U-turn.

Aerodactyl isn't a revenge killer. He has Hone Claws so it's acting as a late game cleaner. So Choice scarf on Jolteon would be the preferred item.
