LILLIGANT - Lilligant should have her EVs 252 in speed, 252 in special attack, and 4 in special defense. 252 HP, even though it allow her to tank hits, is outclassed by 252 speed EVs because you're going to be boosting your speed with Quiver Dance, and you want to be able to outspeed things. Also, if you're going to run Grassium Z, you should use Energy Ball instead of Giga Drain for more damage.
PYROAR - Pyroar enjoys Life Orb over specs to have freedom over which moves it chooses. Specs is viable for when you really need extra damage but I think in your case Life Orb would be the preffered item. Dark Pulse offers almost no coverage, give it Taunt instead to shut down tanks, or pokemon you think will set up (like Lilligant).
MESPRIT - So 36 speed EVs are supposed to be to outspeed your opponent once you've paralyzed them, but you don't even have Thunder Wave, so either change Zen Headbutt to Thunder Wave, or make hits EVs 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD. Also, Healing Wish on a lead pokemon is a terrible idea, replace it with Psychic.
SKUNTANK - Crunch is better than Sucker Punch 6 times out of 10, you want a reliable, 80 BP Dark move, not a situational mind games 70 BP Dark move. Not really much else to say, your Skuntank is mostly fine.
GURDURR/HITMONCHAN - Gurdurr definitly outclasses Hitmonchan, and is the superior fighting type in every way (except maybe speed). The smogon suggested set says to invest more defense EVs at the cost of attack to avoid a 2HKO from a Choice Scarf Double Edge Kanghaskhan after Stealth Rocks damage. (252 HP/192 Atk/64 Def).
FERROSEED (ORICORIO-SENSU) - I've decided that your team needs a tank/hazard setter, and I know you sort of have one in Mesprit, but Mesprit's not really a tank, more of a jack of all trades. The best tank/hazard setter in the PU metagame ATM is Feroseed. Now if you use Feroseed, I would suggest:
Feroseed @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Barbs
Sassy Nature
EVs: 248 HP/128 Def/132 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Gyro Ball
This gets shut down by Taunt pretty easily, so you might want to switch if you think your opponent is about to use Taunt.
