MEW - Why is your Mew actually usable? This is unacceptable make it only have Metronome and Roost and give it a Docile Nature. Then, change it’s EVs to 252 Spe/128 Atk/128 SpA. Then replace its Leftovers for a Normalium Z for extra trolling with Z-Metronome.
TALONFLAME - I think a more trolly set would be a Choice Specs special attacker. Here it is: (brace yourself it’s awful)

Talonflame’s special movepool is so shallow you could do a headstand in it for an hour without drowning. For the last moveslot I’d recommend Defog, but it doesn’t really matter because you’ll never use either of them very often. Also renickname it “BurningTwinNeedle”.
SCOLIPEDE - Your set is too viable you need to nerf it down for it to be trolly. Here’s a god awful special sweeper set:

HERACROSS-MEGA - I don’t want to use another special set because that’s getting a little boring. Instead, use:

Due to its less than perfect moveset, you need to set up a lot of SDs for this to work. It works about 5% of the time, but when it does it makes your opponent rage harder than your current set.
BLISSEY- Nope. A tank set is much too boring and viable, even with 2 offensive moves. Instead, use this obnoxious Assault Vest sweeper set (credit to PIMPNITE for this):

Basically you spam Charge Beam until you can sweep. Ice Beam covers for Ground Types. Fire Blast doesn’t offer the greatest coverage, you could use Hyper Voice for STAB instead if you want. Shadow Ball is there for that 40% special defense drop.
STEELIX - I love it! If you REALLY want to troll, this strategy (if you can even call it that) needs to work. Give Steelix a Jolly Nature with 252 Spe/252 HP/4 Def as its EV layout.
