Ok, you really don't need ninetales that much.
Agree with above. Ninetails-Alola is only ever used for Aurora Veil, which is what you have here. However, Veil teams are a form of Hyper-Offence, a team archetype that doesn't really care for defensive synergy and instead focuses purely on destroying the opponent before they can beat you. Veil in particular relies on setup sweepers such as Zygarde, Magearna and Mawile-Mega. As such, your Excadrill, Volcarona and Ninetails fit this, and to an extent your Weavile as well. However, your defensive core fits more on a balance/bulky offensive team, and serves only to decrease offensive momentum/waste Veil turns whilst sponging hits. You'd have to decide whether you want this team to be hyper-offence or balance/bulky offence before I can rate this, as right now it's a confusion of styles.
@Ion
I agree
You have aurora veil but then you have a non-standard fini that doesn't fit in this team.
I don't have much experience in OU (I prefer Double OU and Ubers) but it seems like the Excadrill is a Spinner for your team...? And as far as my knowledge goes, Excadrill is a (???) SD Sash Sweeper hope this helped!
I would say that you should replace fire blast with flamethrower/heat wave. Also mabue replace weavile or ninetails for different type
Just another note- change weavile's ability pressure with pickpocket. You won't ever be utilising pressure because you hit and run with it. Pickpocket could be useful if you have your choice band knocked off, then you could steal a leftovers or something.

Volcarona has a good moveset.
Weavile maybe you should replace pursuit.. Replace it with coverage maybe like low kick for heatran.. Pursuit is good for pokemons that don't want to take a hit from Weavile, but low kick is more reliable.
I think you can replace hail with some other move, as you already have snow warning.
Excadrill is good enough to be a rapid spinner.
Venusaur is pretty good.
Im sorry but I have never used a tapu fini before or even know what people run on it.

Hope this helped.. Sorry if I made any mistakes (i've recently got into competitive sooo hehe)

I think the Excadrill moveset is already good. Don't change it.
sumwun Ok then.. Thanks dude
I'd also like to add that Pursuit and Ice Shard on a Choice Band Weavile are perfectly fine moves to have and, in fact, are pretty standard on Weavile sets. Weavile can often force switches with its speed combined with its raw power and because of this, if Weavile is brought in safely, it can use Pursuit against slower pokemon that don't want to take a hit from it as they switch out to deal massive amounts of damage to them. Ice Shard is useful on this set to pick off weakened threats that are faster than Weavile, such as various Choice Scarf users like Landorus-Therian or naturally faster pokemon like Mega Alakazam.

Additionally, Aerial Ace isn't the best move for Weavile because Icicle Crash hits most fighting types in the meta (which granted, aren't in big supply) pretty hard already and doesn't hit much else in the OU metagame harder than Icicle Crash or Knock Off.

I will say, though, to your credit that Low Kick is a viable option for Weavile that can be used instead of Pursuit; however, I believe that the utility from Pursuit is generally better than the additional coverage that Low Kick gives.
I just wanted to add that, because of STAB, aerial ace is usually weaker than icicle crash even when it's super effective. In general, don't use coverage moves unless they really cover something that the Pokemon's other moves don't.
252 Atk Choice Band Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Medicham: 247-292 (94.6 - 111.8%)
252 Atk Choice Band Weavile Aerial Ace vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Medicham: 234-276 (89.6 - 105.7%)
Well, those are something new for me.. Thanks guys
