Well im not actually looking for a format, but i guess its ubers because aegislash is there, but i am also thinking of replacing him with another ghost type that fits the ou tier. But im usually going to use this team in friendly battles against my friend. Thank you

When you have friendly battles against your friend, are they singles or doubles? Are there any Pokemon, moves, or abilities that you're not allowed to use?

What base speed do you want Garchomp to outspeed? You can probably get away with putting some of those Speed EVs into HP, Def or Sp Def.
