You really don’t need substitute on Scizor, doesn’t really do much for it. I would recommend superpower, knock off, or SD. I would recommend using water shuriken over u-turn on ash greninja. Ice Beam is an interesting option and not one I see too often but it can help with stuff like Tangrowth; you’re team is really weak to Toxapex though so you might want spikes instead. Skarmory, extremely minor change, but the last EV in attack is useless because you have 0 attack EVs and have no attacks that utilize its attack stat. Skarmory is really a lot better on paper than it is in practice, I would recommend Landorus therian if you want a rocker and defogger. Your tankchomp can be your rocker anyway though so I don’t think skarm needs to stay. You can use scarf lando with Defog, it sounds dumb to be locked into Defog but it’s not a bad option. I would recommend a more defensive spread for tankchomp. Preferably enough speed to out speed postitive natured base 70s, and the rest of the EVs poured into HP and defense. Also replace sandstorm with stealth rock. The Kartana set is awful, no offense, band Kartana with leaf blade, smart strike, sacred sword, and knock off (or even Defog instead of knock off) would be a better choice. Goodra is pretty bad despite its good stats and there’s no item. Latios would be a better option as it can also help with the pex weakness. Draco meteor, psyshock, hp fire, roost/defog with life orb is a fine set
