I assume this is for USM. If so, Ludicolo and Megainium are outclassed by a lot of other Grass types. Also, you have less physical attackers than Special ones. Therefore, I recommend Tapu Bulu, Cradily, and Celebi as possible replacements. Moreover, if you use Cradily, you should change Ferro to a wall rather than a suicide lead. :P

Rotom-Mow needs Defog more than Hex or Leaf Storm because you don't have any ways of Hazard Removal or Prevention. :P

  1. Rotom-Mow is better off being a defensive pokemon, because of it's versatile moveset, with Will-O-Wisp and Defog. Thunderbolt might be better off with volt switch for pivoting.
  2. Ludicolo and Meganium are outclassed by many pokemon, such as Tapu Bulu, Celebi, and even Tangrowth.
  3. Venusaur should be at max hp and max def because its supposed to be a tank. Naive for relaxed.
  4. Ferrothorn may not need self-destruct in certain cases, but you can either keep it or replace it for knock off, or thunder wave.

I'm pretty sure Ferrothorn needs leech seed or gyro ball more than it needs knock off or thunder wave. Ferrothorn is a defensive Pokemon, so it appreciates healing moves. Gyro ball is often stronger than power whip, especially when the opponent resists grass.
i partly agree with leech seed, but that can be replaced with leftovers.
Gyro ball is necessary on ferrothorn most of the time, but because of him going double hazards on ferrothorn, doesn't make that much sense for it.
Celebi could also be an option for a stealth rocker and lower and then can change self-d to gyro then.
Having both leech seed and leftovers heals more than having only leftovers, doesn't it?
