What do you guys think of my ultramoon competitive team?

The information given below is exactly the same for the pokemon in my team

1] Incineroar(Level 75):-

Nature-Quiet/Ability-Blaze/ Item-Incinium Z
Moveset:- Flare Blitz,Darkest Lariat,Cross Chop,Outrage/ThunderPunch

2]Golisopod(Level 72):-
Nature-Calm/Ability-Emergency Exit/Item-Waterium Z(rarely used)
Moveset:-Liquidation,Sucker Punch,Leech Life,First Impression

3]Tsareena(Level 72):-
Nature-Quiet/Ability-Leaf Guard/Item-Grassium Z
Moveset:-High Jump Kick,Teeter Dance,Trop Kick,Power Whip(Thinking of adding u turn in place of power whip)

4]Mimikyu(Level-72):-
Nature-Lax/Ability-Disguise/Item-Mimikium Z
Moveset:-Play Rough,Shadow Claw,Swords Dance,Drain Punch

5]Kommo-o(Level 70):-
Nature-Quirky/Ability-Bulletproof/Item-Kommonium Z
Moveset:-Clanging Scales,Drain Punch,Poison Jab,Rock Slide

6]Aerodactyl(Level 70):-
Nature-Modest/Ability-Rock Head/Item held-none
Moveset:-Rock Slide,Earthquake,Thunder Fang,Fly
(Why can't he learn acrobatics??)

Comments

Do not use your in-game team as a competitive team. Your Pokemon will all have highly suboptimal EVs, IVs and natures which puts you at an active disadvantage.

Okay,I know that my pokemon's natures are really bad but I always work what I've got.
As for their Ev'sI have tried to max them out.
I should have been more specific as to how good/suitable the moveset of my pokemon are.

I would have a toxapex instead of golisopod for a tank.

I don't know the exact EV's.I just tried using as many vitamins(Proteins,Iron,etc)as I had won at beaches and battle tree .
 I need a definitive rating of the moveset of each pokemon.
Any changes to the team would be appreciated.
Also I have changed the moveset of:
 Tsareena(Zen headbutt in place of teeter dance)
 Kommo-o(Superpower in place  of drain punch and Ice Punch in place of Rock Slide)

Plus I have also noticed that every single member of my team is an attacker not special attacker,leaving my team vulnerable after a reflect .

In my previous run of usum I had  Decidueye,Lycanroc,Golisopod,Arcanine,Mandibuzz and Togedemaru but I don't know why I always wanted to test out an Incineroar team

Also in case you didn't know, it's impossible to max EVs in every stat. Each stat can have up to 252 EVs, but each Pokemon can only have 508 total EVs across all 6 stats. Telling us which stats you maxed out would be nice.

For Incineroar:Attack and Speed
    Golisopod:Same as Incineroar
    Tsareena:Attack and Special Defense
     Mimikyu:Attack and Defense(To guarantee OHKO)
     Kommo-o:Special Defense and Speed(Fairy and psychic type protection)
     Aerodactyl:Attack and Special Defense(Since his attack was surprisingly low in the beginning)

If you want to use Toxapex, this is the set you'd want to use:

> Toxapex @ Black Sludge  
Ability: Regenerator  
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD  
Bold Nature  
IVs: 0 Atk  
- Scald  
- Toxic / Toxic Spikes
- Recover  
- Haze

You do need more Special Attackers. I think that you should only use Kommo-o and Mimikyu from your current team, especially if you can get both an Adamant Nature. :P

I think you should keep Outrage besides Thunder punch on your Incineroar.
