I think Illumise would be better in ZU or tier shift than in PU.

At least you're using the signature Pokemon in the tier it belongs, and not OU like half the people who post teams here.

  • Z-Aromatherapy sounds very situational on a set that also has Wish. Use Leftovers or Rocky Helmet. Consider U-Turn because this set (and Illumise/Volbeat in general) is extremely passive and eats momentum.

  • You should almost never invest in a defensive stat without first investing in HP. SubPunch is a questionable choice on a Pokemon that doesn't get STAB from Focus Punch. Use Adamant instead of Brave.

  • Never use Bug-type coverage like Signal Beam, as Bug is the worst offensive typing in the game. Instead use Volt Switch, which can allow you free switches into one of your Choice users to nuke something.

  • Move SR to Claydol over Ice Beam (and use a purely defensive variant) if you replace Hippopotas.

  • Hippopotas is not a great Pokemon, and choosing it as your SR setter before Alolan Sandslash, or even your own Regirock, is strange even with the Sand Rush strat considered. If you keep this, at least consider replacing Claydol, as having two defensive Pokemon that are weak to the same things and counter the same things is a very bad idea.

  • If Hippopotas is replaced, Stoutland operates fine with Scrappy, which is itself a great ability for this Pokemon. Fit Superpower on this set so Stoutland has perfect neutral coverage. Play Rough and Wild Charge have very limited utility, as they don't hit anything that Facade + Superpower doesn't hit for at least neutral damage. I would even choose Pursuit over either of them to confirm kills, even though you're already using Crunch.
