Hitmonlee:

Standard Unburden Hitmonlee. Maybe you can replace Blaze Kick with Stone Edge to have the famous EdgeQuake coverage, but not really needed.

Lilligant:

Lilligant isn't supporting the Team, exploiting its predictability in the Tier. Also, Sigilyph is a better Special Sweeper than Lilligant. I suggest replacing it with Misdreavus. Why? Because with Eviolite, it turns into a fantastic Wall. Why not Cofagrigus you wonder? Because Misdreavus sports Levitate, which helps Magneton and Entei. It is also a nice Spin Blocker. Here is what I suggest:

Misdreavus (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 28 SDef / 18 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split
- Heal Bell

Here it is. The EV Spread may seem odd, but it works. WoW bolsters its Defense by lowering the opponents Attack. Pain Split is recovery, which recovers more HP due to Misdreavus' lower HP. Heal Bell cures your whole Team from Status, which is nice for supporting. If you plan on running Lilligant still, replace Giga Drain with Petal Dance to abuse Own Tempo.

Sigilyph:

As stated above, Sigilyph is better as a Special Sweeper, also because your Lilligant got burned from Misdreavus. Here is what is recommended:

Sigilyph (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Air Slash
- Psychic
- Energy Ball

Life Orb damage isn't taken to account because of Magic Guard, boosting your Move Power by 30% for free. Calm Mind is to be used with prediction, and you might win the match because of those boosts. Air Slash and Psychic are STAB. Energy Ball is coverage over those pesky Water-Rock and Ground Types with Rock Type Moves. This thing is amazing.

Magneton:

I don't get why Magneton is here if Entei's STAB takes care of Steel Types. I say an Entry Hazard setter works better here, or at least a Rapid Spinner. Sadly, Claydol got moved to UU so not much Pokemon can Spin and set up Entry Hazards. Qwilfish would be my suggestion here, being an amazing Spiker and all. Here is what I suggest:

Qwilfish (M) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Taunt
- Waterfall

Here it is. Qwilfish walls like a boss due to Intimidate. Spikes and Toxic Spikes are Entry Hazards guarded by Misdreavus. Taunt prevents non Damaging Moves from being used, especially Entry Hazard Moves and Taunt itself. Waterfall gets the better STAB coverage in there. Love this thing so much!

Floatzel

I told you this before, Floatzel is such an odd Pokemon to use in RU when you have Crawdaunt. Electric and Grass Type Moves are a blessing to have in this Team, considering the weaknesses that pair between the Team. I think you know where I'm headed, Rotom-C is perfect for this role. Sporting Electric and Grass STAB AND Levitate, it is perfect!! Here is what I suggest:

Rotom-C @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Trick

Here it is. Volt Switch is STAB and keeps offensive momentum by Scouting. Leaf Storm is massive STAB for those Rock and Ground Types that damage the Team. HP Fire is for those pesky Steel Types that Wall this Rotom(Yes, you Ferroseed). Trick ruins any Wall and Eviolite User for the match. Love this Rotom. Choice Specs is also an option.

Entei:

Entei should be Choice Banded to really get the extra damage flowing. Replace Howl with Iron Head and you are set!

Good luck with your Team! :)

Would Stored Power be wise on Sigilyph? Calm Mind is there.
It's a bit gimmicky, but you can try it out :)
