At the moment I am using this team that I made recently . And I would be happy to recieve some constructive criticism as I am a newbie.
So this is my team :-
Wall/hazard setter
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 24 Def / 232 SpD
Sassy Nature
- stealth rock
- Leech Seed
- knock off
- Power Whip
So this Pokemon basically goes first as a wall and stealth rock setter. But it is 4x week to fire type so I was thinking of I could change it with stakataka or deoxys defense, heatran.
My 2nd wall/support
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Wish
- aromatherapy
- Toxic
- flamethrower
This pokemon is a support for rest team with attacks such as aromatherapy and wish. Toxic to cripple opponent Pokemon. And it does just about great as a wall.
3rd Pokemon defogger
Tapu Fini @ fairium-z
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 12 SpA / 40 SpD / 192 Spe
Calm Nature
- Defog
- Moonblast
- hydro pump
- aqua ring
As all would have understood with the name it is my team's defogger and dragon Slayer. I have included it in my team only looking at its performance in the vgc. So if the is any other better Pokemon pls make me known to it.
4th Pokemon team's pivot
Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 232 Atk / 68 Def / 208 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- explosion
- stone edge
U turn takes advantage of landorous's low speed to switch to a portable preferable Pokemon with explosion works well for taking down an opponent's Pokemon. But I would be happy to consider other choices such as tapu Koko
Now finally to the team's sweepers
5th Pokemon
Salamence @ salamencite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive nature (+Spe, -SpD)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- double-edge
- Fire Blast
This is my wall breaker which tears through opponent walls and is an amazing sweeper but I would also be open to suggestions such as garchomp with its sword dance.
Finally the last pokemon
6th Pokemon
Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- meteor mash
I don't really think much of lucario and would be really glad to switch in ash greninja , Charizard y, or metagross if anyone could suggest me a way to.
