I decided to change from my usual type synergy team and focus on a different type. I chose to start with sand since most of the pokemon I have are immune to sandstorm. This is for competitive battling with the rules consisting of no same pokemon, no same items and no pokemon with base stats over 600 except for transformations like megas. Please do not suggest legendaries as I do not enjoy using them. Here is my team:

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Dance
- Thunder Wave
- Crunch

My sand setter. Smooth rock for its item because two of my pokemon heavily rely on sand. I made it bulky so it can set up sand multiple times as needed. I plan to have this one to have to least amount of combat usage as its main role is just to set up sand. Thunder wave is for a surprise paralysis, crunch for stab, rocks for hazard and dragon dance for if the opportunity presents itself, it can go and crunch a chunk of hp from whoever it is facing. I chose crunch over stone edge because it has more pp and stone edge will miss when I need it to hit. That's just how this game works

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

This one is my hazard remover and sweeper. I gave it adamant nature with life orb for maximum firepower. Poison jab is to provide with another way to destroy fairies while at the same time to deal super effective damage against grass types. Other moves should be self explanatory

Garchomp @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

A wise man once said 'you need an ace in the hole'. I chose Garchomp for this. Instead of giving it its mega stone, I decided to make this into nuclear Garchomp. Most people when they see Garchomp, Tyranitar and Excadrill on the same team would assume it's gonna be a Mega Garchomp. So this would be a surprise for them since it isn't mega and will be shocked as their attacks miss since sand veil is just a really good ability. I'll always take evasion over damage any day. I gave it swords dance because among my team, it is the one with the most chance to set up because of sand veil. Outrage is basically a last resort move if the z crystal is used. Stone edge and earthquake should be self explanatory along with the nature and evs. Also, Mega Garchomp really sucks unless the speed is somehow evened out

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 hp/ 76 Def / 184 SpD
Careful Nature
- Power Whip
- Toxic
- Protect
- Leech Seed

My main defensive pokemon. It's job is basically to stall out the enemy as much as possible. Since Tyranitar already has rocks, I decided to give this one toxic. Along with protect and leech seed, it will put the opponent at a disadvantage and force a switch. Power whip is for stab. It's high base damage should allow it to deal quite a decent amount of damage. I was planning on giving it rocky helmet for more contact damage but in the end I decided that healing was more important. I'm not sure if this one is a better choice than Tangrowth but since I'm running a sand team, I went with this one

Milotic @ Flame Orb
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 248 hp / 180 Def / 80 SpD
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Aqua Ring

This one is my main physical defense. I gave it flame orb so that it's defense will go as high as possible. Protect is there to scout the enemy's move to see if I should switch or stay. Because of flame orb and the possible sandstorm that might be up, I gave it both recover for healing and aqua ring to slightly offset the burn and sandstorm damage. I gave it ice beam instead of scald for extra coverage. I was thinking of maybe using a max hp and def Gastrodon over Milotic instead but I want some feedback first

Gengar @ Gengarite
Ability: Cursed Body >>> Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 hp
Modest Nature
- Destiny Bond
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Bomb

My mega of choice. It's job is to trap and eliminate whoever is the biggest threat against my team. Modest nature is for as high damage output as possible as its speed is already pretty fast. Shadow ball and sludge bomb for stab, thunderbolt for coverage. Destiny bond is to ensure an even trade. If I know my opponent can kill it, I will use this move so it goes down along with Gengar

Kindly rate my team and give feedback. Also, I don't play this on showdown but it is still competitive battling since some members of a pokegroup I am part of do competitive battling and we prefer to play on the game itself

Tyranitar has hazards and I'm not playing smogon. I mentioned that I don't play on showdown and this is on the game itself
Which format?
Singles six on six. No same pokemon and no same item. Basically just battle tree super single (or whatever that thing is called) rules just with six pokemon instead of three since it is a link battle
