You need to know this team isn't good. However, the mistakes on it are very typical of new players. Here is some general advice about it, which will help more than picking each set apart:

  • Build your team based on the metagame. This team isn't fit for OU, because nearly all its members are unviable in OU. It looks like a team of favourites, which won't work in competitive Pokemon. Before making your next team, read to find out what is and isn't effective in the format you're playing.

  • You're using 'coverage for the sake of coverage'. Coverage moves are only used for offensive Pokemon that need an extra move to hit a target that walls it otherwise. For example, Chesnaught's Ghost attack hits almost nothing that Grass and Fighting wouldn't for at least neutral damage.

  • Build movesets that play to your Pokemon's strengths, not cover up their weaknesses. Offensive Pokemon appreciate damage-boosting items more than defensive, type-resistance berries. Remember your Pokemon is never forced to take a super-effective attack, because you can simply switch them out.

  • Don't use weak attacks, even if they are super effective. Togedemaru cannot fit its Ground weakness with a base 60 attack coming off its base 40 SAtk. It will do no damage.

  • Don't make mixed sets unless you're experienced. They are a burden to most Pokemon. Knowing when they're not is a learned skill.

  • Always avoid moves with a full-turn cooldown, and almost always avoid two-turn moves. They are very easy to punish.

  • Don't use weather-dependent Pokemon outside weather teams.
