Seems good to me, except one thing I would change would be to change clear smog to synthesis, especially because you have rage powder. This would allow you to keep your other pokemon safe longer, as they can only attack every other turn(rage power than synthesis then repeat) I would also give azumarill a choice band and change the attack evs for speed evs. Or you could keep them and give it a choice scarf. Otherwise, great job!

don't think putting choice scarf on a base 50 speed Pokemon is the best idea
252 Speed EVs replacing HP might be an ok idea though since Azumarill already has high HP

Ok, but today I did a jolly 252 ev 31 iv for speed and scarfed it (azumarill) in showdown. Had 304 speed and out speeded most. But if you think no scarf that's fine. Just wanted to inform reuniclus that it can work, but you must fully invest speed.
