Pokémon Rate My Team

This is on ORAS on the game cartridge itself. I've found more reasons to play this game because I found a battling group for oras so I made a new team. I decided to go with a sand team because I just love it when people rage quit because of sand veil which happened a lot on my USUM battles. Also, no legendaries because I don't like using them and I've already transferred all of them to my UM game so I can trade them. The one who is looking for a battle gets to decide the rules, so when I look for a battle, the rules I choose is the battle maison super single rules. This is the team I came up with so kindly give tips

Rotom Wash @ Leftovers
Abiltiy: Levitate
EVs: 252 hp / 180 Def / 76 SpD
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Thunder Wave
- Hydro Pump

My bulky water of choice. Not really that bulky but levitate and a grass only weakness helps a lot. Pain split is its only actual 'healing' move. Thunder wave for paralysis because if I'm not mistaken, a paralyzed pokemon's speed is reduced by 75% in gen 6. Hydro pump and volt switch just to give it some damaging moves

Venusaur @ Black Sludge
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
- Giga Drain

This is my secondary bulky pokemon who's main job is to put enemies on a timer with toxic. Giga drain and leech seed so it can heal itself. Sludge bomb is its main attacking move which destroys fairies. I just went with overgrow because its hidden ability is useless without the sun

Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 126 Def / 126 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Acrobatics
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roost

Picked this one because let's be real. Talonflame in gen6 was horribly broken, aside from stealth rock weakness. I decided not to give this an item because of acrobatics, which is its main stab move. Roost for more longevity and flare blitz for more damage output. I gave it will o wisp so that in a way, it's not limited to being an all out offensive bird

Tyranitar @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Fang
- Crunch

This one is my sand setter. I plan to have this one have the least amount of appearance because it's just supposed to set up sand and rocks. Ice fang for coverage and crunch as its main attack. Its attacking moves are for a predicted switch so I can deal a bit of damage before switching out myself. Dragon Dance so that if I get the chance, it can go on a sweep itself

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

My spinner, sweeper and fairy destroyer. Adamant with life orb for maximum damage output with stabs along with rock slide for coverage. EVs is pretty self explanatory. I chose not to go with swords dance because of its reliance on sand. If the sand is lost in one way or another, this one is dead weight and the boost could be wasted so I gave it life orb instead

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Veil >>> Sand Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Substitute
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

This one is to piss people off. The main plan is to not mega evolve unless I am sure it can outspeed the remaining pokemon on the enemy team. Because of sand veil, Garchomp has a very good chance to set up both substitute and swords dance along with the substitute not breaking if the opponent is unlucky. It's EVs and nature is just what you would expect from a classic Garchomp

Well, as far as I know, only Excadrill and Garchomp in both of its forms abuse the sand real hard. Are there other noteworthy sand abusers other than the two?

I think Talonflame should have only one attacking move that being Acrobatics or Brave Bird so it can have access to another move - Swords Dance. It needs to set up otherwise it may not be able to sweep properly. For example a wall like Mega Sableye can easily slow down your team. Will-o-wisp is great for weakening physical sweepers and roost is always good.

Tyranitar doesn't need dragon dance because as you said its only supposed to set up stealth rock and sandstorm.
Instead just give it STAB move like Stone Edge.

For Garchomp's moveset , give it Iron Head or Iron Tail so you can get advantage of that Sand Force Ability. It's also a great move to deal with against Ice and Fairy Types.

If I give Talonflame brave bird, what would be a good item for it?  I already replaced this bird's moveset a while back since it has been a couple of weeks since I asked this

Stone miss sucks. Would it be better if I give Tyranitar thunder wave or roar instead? It is just a support after all

Would steel type moves really be better than stone miss? I replaced the dragon claw with stone miss and swords dance with hone claws because stone miss well, misses every time I need it to hit
