Using foul play does not utilise marshadows high attack, definitely put spectral thief. Imo iron head instead of poison jab. Iron head is the purpose of jirachi for flinch spam. get useless dazzling gleam out of the way. Same for togekiss, run serene grace and change protect to air slash
