I like to use Venoshock in toxapex, so it make a good combo with poison and mercilles, I see your toxapex if a support, so keep it with regenrator if you don't want to put venoshock in the place of baneful banker( toxic spike is much better bcs you don't want to spam it, only use 2 times and nice). All your team seems good and have good coverage, so hope that I helped :D

You should.
Just put pursuit in the place of crunch and , Bah! U have a pursuit traper that must kill everything.

Edit: Don't use assault vest cuz you're not going to be able to use DD( Dragon Dance) and put one life orb to sweep.
