Pokémon Rate My Team

Hi,
i was looking for some help with this team i recently made. I actually really like it and it destroys on ladder, but i have a big problem with hazard removal. Here is the team:

Charizard-Mega-X @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch
- Roost

This set is pretty self-explanatory. Zard X is my set up sweeper, and decimates after a single dragon dance. I have dragon claw for powerful stab, DD obviously, roost for longevity and fire punch because incredible sweeps with Zard can end with Flare Blitz recoil.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Tapu Lele is my wallbreaker, and is a monster with Choice specs. I really love using her, as she is my favourite pokemon, and i love how well she destroys walls and sweepers alike. In terms of moves, i took psyshock over psychic for the ridiculous capabilities to destroy chansey in terrain, moonblast for STAB, Focus Blast to predict steel and dark type switchins and HP fire to destroy bulky steel types that come into Lele like Ferrothorn

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Ferrothorn is my defensive wall. Zard X appreciates his ability to freely pivot into water types checking him and set up leech seed and spikes. He is useful for scaring frail water sweepers, like scarf keldeo, out of play and gaining momentum. Spikes and Leech seed are for dual hazards to chip away and ensure that Ferrothorn never dies, Gyro ball is an absurdly powerful STAB move gaining up to base 150 power with the scarfed/ speed invested sweepers he loves to pivot into, and Power whip is for a strong STAB.

Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Ancient Power

Pretty weird set here, but it has vital utility. Heatran is my special wall, and is used for gaining momentum by switching in to a Fire Blast or Flamethrower aimed for Ferrothorn. Taunt here is for basic Stallbreaking while being able to take hits, Lava Plume is fire STAB, Earth power is an obscenely powerful move that takes advantage of the fire types switching into Ferrothorn. Finally, ancient power, a weird choice, is for checking Zard Y, who breaks holes in my team once greninja is dead. I chose ancient power over stealth rocks because two other pokemon have access to this move on my team and the other i think is a better fit for a rocker.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fly
- Stealth Rock
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake

Speaking of, this is my offensive Landorus. I love his utility as a rocker and as a sweeper, and his versatility makes him so deadly. Z Fly OHKO's nearly everything that doesnt resist it, Rocks are for setup and possibly confusing the opponent which set I'm running, Swords dance is used for sweeping if all of his checks are gone, and earthquake is STAB.

Greninja @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
- Extrasensory

My final pokemon here is Scarfed greninja. This is mainly used for speed control and is an excellent cleaner, able to decimate damaged teams once they are all in range of a hydro pump or the like. His versatility exists in his immense Special attack and speed, which allows him to fulfill his role here very well. Dark Pulse is for STAB, (Even though everything is STAB), Hydro pump is very powerful, ice beam is to catch out any bulky grass tybes pivoting into him, and extrasensory is vital coverage to destroy any fighting type switching in.

That rounds off my team. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but keep in mind my biggest problem is entry hazards; Zard before Mega is 4 times weak to stealth rocks. Thanks!

Hmm.. Your team is good but as you said , It can be crippled by hazards.
First things first solution of hazards well you have to predict the opponents hazard's setter ( deoxys defense, sometimes groudon / primal groudon ,  ferrothorn etc.) then you can send your heatran to taunt it or send in zard , mega evolve finish off in one shot if possible .
Secondly I wouldn't approve scarf on greninja . Its already very fast , you gave it timid nature and max speed evs
whom are you planning to outspeed , deoxys ? Instead I prefer expert belt . It gets stab on every move already
if the move is super effective , along with expert belt most walls will fall.
Then I'm okay with dragon claw on zard but no flare blitz?  roost will help you get health back. You can't give away
raw power for just recoil sometimes even 5  power difference of flamethrower and heat wave may be game changing . But still its totally your choice.
Everything else is alright . I've tried this team and then told about it so don't worry about trial. ( that's why I became a little late. Sorry!)
Hope I helped!
Do you even know what ou is? Why are you mentioning uber pokemon in an ou team rate?
Replace dragon claw with earthquake. Dragon type moves are pretty meh this gen because it's infested with fairy types not to mention Zard will get walled by Heatran.  Also, go with flare blitz. Recoil is gonna be manageable with roost and Zard usually won't sweep because of all the faster scarfers like Greninja, Garchomp and Keldeo

If you're problem is hazards, then drop Ferrothorn. You're team is destroyed by Ash Greninja, which is the number two pokemon in the tier. Tapu Lele might be able to check it by preventing it from using shuriken but it's not gonna want to drink a hydro pump. Replace Ferrothorn with Tapu Fini. It provides your team with a much needed Greninja answer. Even Ferrothorn is not that good of an answer as it will get worn down by dark pulse which is made worse by the flinch chance

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 12 SpA / 40 SpD / 192 Spe
Calm Nature
- Defog
- Surf / Scald
- Moonblast
- Nature's Madness / Taunt

That's the standard Tapu Fini set from smogon

On Heatran, I'd say replace lava plume with magma miss. Since you want it to be a stall breaker, taunt is pretty much useless since the wall can just switch out. Magma storm + taunt prevents walls from being annoying because they won't be able to spam their recovery move, making them suffer a slow, painful and satisfying death. I would also suggest dropping ancient power and go for toxic but since my suggestion has Tapu Fini on the team, you'll have to play around it by switching to Lele or waiting out the terrain. Substitute is also another option and is probably safer than toxic but if you're willing to play around Fini then go for toxic

On Greninja, my suggestion is don't use a special attacking one. Use the mixed one instead. Since you mentioned Zard Y punches a hole in the team, mixed Greninja destroys it pretty well

Greninja @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 176 Atk / 80 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Gunk Shot
- Ice Beam

This allows you to reliably kill Zard Y while Fini pretty much handles opposing Zard X. Because of all the fairies running crazy, you're gonna want gunk shot to nail them hard

I also made some minor changes to Charizard's nature by making it jolly. Trust me, that speed is gonna matter a lot more than the firepower. I also gave both psychic stabs to Lele. You already have Zard and Heatran so you won't need hp fire so just focus on spamming stabs to get as much damage done as possible

Here's the team I suggest
