I have a couple suggestions for you. I'll start with Mega Rayquaza. Change it's moveset to this one

- Dragon Dance
- Extremespeed
- Dragon Ascent
- Earthquake / V create

The reason for this is you don't need a dragon stab on it. Dragon ascent just deals an insane amount of damage that even pokemon that resist it would get hurt quite a lot. The types that resist flying all hate earthquake. Dragon dance is there so that you could outspeed base 100 choice scarfers

On Serperior, replace synthesis with substitute. Your goal would be to fish for that paralyze from glare. So basically, glare something then spam substitute. Since you gave it leftovers, you will eventually regain all the hp you lost. Also, consider using hp fire otherwise steel types are gonna wall it hard

I may be late but as you agreed in chat so I will do one :P

Rayquaza-Mega

  • Iron Head, Dragon Claw < Earthquake, Dragon Dance etc.
Iron Head to fairies deals: 80 x 2 = 160 VS Dragon Ascent's 120 x 1.5 = 180. Which means Iron Head is unnecessary. The defense drops won't matter- you don't survive a Moonblast from Xerneas with/without defense drop. Earthquake and V-Create are good options, you had wanted so you aren't walled by the top steel-type in the tier- Necrozma-Dusk Mane. Then, Dragon Claw < Dragon Dance since after a +1 boost you outsped many things and that crazy attack OHKOes all-to most Pokemon.

Deoxys-Attack --> Deoxys-Speed

  • Although the coverage granted by Deoxys-Attack is immensely helpful, you had wanted a anti-hazard lead and that is able to set it's own. All HO teams have one lead, and thus you had wanted one. If you still insist on using it, I suggest Superpower > Dark Pulse as it allows it to hit Ferrothorn harder. All else looks mine to me.
  • In case you agreed to replace Deoxys-Attack, set for Deoxys-S:

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Stealth Rock
  • Taunt
  • Spikes
  • Magic Coat/ Skill Swap

It's a god tier lead in AG, and well able to handle Smeargle with Magic Coat and Taunt. Skill Swap gets rid of M-Diancie and M-Sableye's Magic Bounce while the 1st and 2nd moves are setting up hazards.

Xerneas

  • Perfect. Nothing to say :P Although you can want a bit of more speed, specifically enough to hit 279 as to outsped Jolly Dusk Mane, but that's not much necessary/

Darkrai --> Yveltal

  • The set's good, although I hard argued that Nasty Plot + Sludge Bomb for Xerneas is better than Nightmare + Dream Eater. I had suggested Yveltal, especially Scarf Yveltal so that you can secure the match-up against U-Necro. Darkrai's terrifying in ORAS (Gen 6) AG when Dark Void had 80% accuracy although after the nerf it's not too good.

Yveltal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 32 Def / 224 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature

  • Foul Play
  • Dark Pulse
  • Oblivion Wing
  • U-turn/Defog

Foul Play's a surprise to Dragon Dance M-Rays all those stuff. 32 Def gives good chances of surviving M-Rays' Extreme Speed. Defog only if you choose to replace Deoxys-A.

Serperior -> Primal Groudon

  • If you are going to leave me alive if I suggest to change it, then please :) Primal Groudon's a solid check to Xerneas. which can be pretty threatening if Yveltal is Choice locked or Xerneas is healthy enough to take a Extreme Speed.
    Groudon @ Red Orb
    Ability: Drought
    EVs: 136 HP / 168 Atk / 52 SpD / 152 Spe
    Adamant Nature

  • Dragon Tail/Claw

  • Swords Dance
  • Precipice Blades
  • Rock Tomb

It's a great check to Xerneas. Rock Tomb punishes Ho-Oh, while Swords Dance limits its passivity on a offensive team. Precipice Blades is good STAB, Dragon Tail helps to phaze Dragon Dance M-Ray which is annoying.

Primal Kyogre

  • Awesome, nothing needed to change >:P

That's all I have. Hope this helps!

Just kidding I like using Primal Groudon. :P

I’ll try all of this and see how it goes, but it looks good! Thank you :)
"All else looks mine to me."

Wut?
I meant fine. Why do you always point out small and minor typos?
Choiced Pokémon are tbh not recommend on HO, as one tricky situation can be gg. LOrb has more power, plus Sucker Punch cleans UNecro as well.

Dragon Claw is kinda meh on PDon, the first move can be Fire Punch, or a set swap to Double Dance.

GhostCeus > Ogre can be done, but in the end it's choice.

I'm just gonna try to answer this.
Rayquaza looks fine.

Deoxys I hv something to say. If u look at the sets, u actually realise most are mixed and for a good reason. It can hit both efficiently as both are sky high. When you use psycho boost, u lose spa then u attack physically. Change put last three moves. Add extreme speed. Run either naive or hasty. Last two moves look at movepool or sets. This also helps balance ur team more as most are special

Serprior is ok. Doesn't need dragon pulse but movepool is a bit too shallow.

For darkrai, sleep normally won't last long enough for you to use both dream eater and nightmare. Change out one of them to either calm mind or focus blast or any other coverage move. If focus blast, I would advise running dream eater

For tbone, swap out thunder or focus blast for psyshock.

Kyogre looks fine.

P.S. at least number or mark ur squiggles.

Why do you want Calm Mind on Darkrai over Nasty Plot? Darkrai is super frail.
No my squigglies shall not be marked.

Anyway, Psycho Boost is for basically a last resort. If I need to hit harder than normal, I’ll use it, but it’s not like I’ll lead the battle lowering my special attack. Nightmare+Dream Eater is a pretty good combo I’ve found, as I’ve been able to pull it off every time. Thunder can KO Flying type that take a Moonblast and Focus Blast, like Lugia (which, by the way, has a chance to OHKO Lugia with when Xerneas has used Geomancy and if Lugia has 252 HP and 4 SpDef). Focus Blast is my steel coverage, so I don’t have a strong urge to replace either of them with Psyshock.

Anyway, thanks!

Alright.

Squiggilies - Iron Head might not be the best option. I reckon that V-Create could be better.

Squiggilies - Pretty good.

DeathTbonesteak - what is up with the nickname

Sorry, Thunderbolt > Thunder.

Squigglies - Seems good, but Leftovers could be changed as you can already heal up with dream eater. Maybe try Life Orb, although that might not be best if you don't want recoil, if not keep Leftovers. 4 HP is outclassed by 4 SpDef.

Y - Dragon Pulse is replaceable. I reckon you could run some more bulk too. Try 248 HP/4 SpDef/128 Special Attack/128 Speed. Replace Dragon Pulse for Substicute, it seems pretty good so you can get in Leaf Storms.

Squiggles - Scald and Origin Pulse are ether than Surf.

Hope I helped!!!!

but thunder hits primal kyogre with 100% accuracy
and why is scald better on an offensive kyogre
origin pulse is also really inaccurate
