Your team members are mostly fine— the EVs and move-sets need a bit of refining.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Photon Geyser
- Earthquake
- Morning Sun

Weakness Policy and 252 HP/252 SpD EVs? That's not generally a good one— you had wanted to invest maximum EVs in Atk and Spe. And why Morning Sun? It's generally a lot better go for full coverage rather than defensive moves on a sweeper. Hence, change the EVs to 252 Atk / 4 SpD/ 252 Spe. Replace Morning Sun with Rock Polish so that you can boost your abysmal 77 Spe BST to outspeed much more Pokemon. Photon Geyser is unnecessary on non-Ultranecrozium sets. Consider Stone Edge so that to hit Ho-Oh and Yveltal hard.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Rock Polish
  • Sunsteel Strike
  • Stone Edge
  • Earthquake

With this EV spread, Dusk Mane at +2 outspeeds all Choice Scarfer and faster than all +1 Speed tiers except +1 Positive nature Nagandel which can't really hit you regardless.

Source
This post mentions all the speed tiers in Gen 7 AG. It's good to read it once before making a team.

Now, instead of fixing the team it's better to build around this Pokemon. Firstly, we shall know what offensive core works well with Necrozma-Dusk-Mane.

Offensive Cores
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane + Zygarde-Complete
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane + Mega Rayquaza + Xerneas

Source

Let's start with Mega Pokemon. Why use Mega-Lopunny? It's not good at all— a niche pick over the solid Mega-Rayquaza. So, replace M-Loppuny with it.

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD/ 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Ascent
- Extreme Speed
- V-create

It's a AG tier Pokemon, and its the most broken Pokemon of its time. Every good team needs a defensive Arceus-forme to deal with this, because how much crazy damage it can do. Dragon Ascent allows it to mega-evolve. Dragon Dance boosts its Atk and mediocre Spe to higher levels, generally allowing to deal with bulky Pokemon easier. Extreme Speed is reliable priority, and has decent BP of 80. V-Create is to roast steel-types, and it's pretty much a OHKO to anything if super effective.

Your team as of now:
+
Yveltal's set is really weird ngl, those EVs won't work generally and you're outspeed by many threats. I suggest a Choice Scarf set which notably fixes the match-up against Swords Dance Ultra-Necro.

Yveltal @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Oblivion Wing
- Foul Play
- U-turn

Dark Pulse and Oblivion Wing are STAB, Foul Play hits boosted Atk sweepers hard while U-Turn does work good as a pivot.
Yveltal's weakness to Stealth Rocks is however unignorable. You had wanted a Defogger since Stealth Rocks is the most common hazard in AG.
+

Yveltal handles Necrozma-Dusk Mane, while Arceus-Fairy takes care of physical attackers that threaten Yveltal along with providing Defog support. Here's the set:

Arceus-Fairy @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Judgment
- Recover
- Defog
- Toxic

16 Spe allows to outspeed Neutral nature 252 Spe Base 90s. Toxic is to punish and to spread status, Defog helps to clear Stealth Rocks which are a problem for two of the members. Judgement is STAB while Recover is for healing.

Final two members:
Primal Groudon + Marshadow.

Primal Groudon's EVs are unbalanced— you had wanted all of them to go to Special defense for walling Xerneas and Primal Kyogre. It is also your main Stealth Rock setter, as well.

Groudon @ Red Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Precipice Blades
- Overheat
- Rest

Finally, you had never wanted that set on Marshadow. It's very gimmicky, will not let you even cross 1500 in ladder. So, get a better set for it!

Marshadow @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spectral Thief
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat
- Pursuit

Spectral Thief is STAB, Shadow Sneak is priority to finish weakened Pokemon. Close Combat has high BP, while Pursuit traps Lunala, Arceus-Ghost, U-Necro and other things, doing a lot of damage meanwhile. Life Orb allows to deal a much higher damage than Focus Sash does.

Updated team

Hope this helps!

mhm nice rate but I have a few things.

1. Rather than changing the SpD NDM to WeakPoll and making the Xerneas & CM FairyCeus MU worse, you can change it to SpD + SD NDM. It's even harder to check with a DarkCeus, with only Groudon-Primal, Yveltal and Zygarde-C being its most consistent checks. Even though Xerneas is making a smaller splash right now, and CM Fairies are rare, you kinda need a check to them a lot of times, usually through Ho-Oh, PoisonCeus, NDM or Magearna. SpD NDM would also improve your matchup against a majority of the SupportCeus formes, which can click Toxic to their hearts content if you don't have recovery on your Steel-/Poison-.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Solganium-Z
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake / Stone Edge
- Morning Sun

This is the true MVP of a lot of teams. Extremely difficult to check as it takes only 45 from its most common check in DarkCeus, and a +2 SSS demolishes Zygarde [non-C] and the aforementioned Darky. If you're feeling to totally humiliate a stall user on ladder, you can run Stone Edge, otherwise Earthquake is pretty hot too.

2. The Groudon-Primal and Zygarde MU is extremely rough so you might want LO-Mixed Rayquaza-Mega. Draco Meteor nukes both of them, and as the last move V-Create would be preferred over anything else as your Celesteela MU isn't too good too. Naïve nature would be preferred here so that you don't tie with most Ray's on ladder [most are either Band and/or +Atk natured]. Actually, you need enough prep for the aforementioned Ground-'s because they can make things messy in a short amount of time, especially when your main check to them gets worn down by Toxic and your main offensive check does nothing to Zygarde-C. Fairy + Ground is enough, allowing you to be free with Rayquaza-M, but I personally prefer either LO Mixed or Band or HP [Ice] Marshadow if I feel that I only have Fairy as my main check.

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- V-create
- Draco Meteor
- Extreme Speed

3. No. Scarf Yveltal doesn't fit so easily on Ray + Marsh teams with also incorporate a FairyCeus. You're much, much better off with a trapper like Goth or Gengar-M if you wanna continue with Scarf Yveltal, because they can trap and eliminate Fairies and all. I like Scarf Yveltal (un-bulky) more on BO teams than Balance as it's a high maintenance Pokémon and needs a lot of support, especially if paired with Rayquaza-Mega. You kinda need GroundCeus to improve the Groudon-Primal and Zygarde-C MU as they both can chip/paralyze it, both things which it hates completely. If you're doing Marshadow + Rayquaza-M, DarkCeus is the premier choice as a defensive Dark- because of the less maintenance and the ability to work even when paralyzed and a better and more consistent Necrozma-U check. Yveltal also fell off a little recently because of the VR updates in which it dropped to B+ from A-, a big blow to it. All in all, if you're using a Scarf Yveltal, you'll need Band/Mixed Rayquaza-M + GroundCeus + FairyCeus if on Balance, whereas DarkCeus doesn't require *that* much of support. Agreed, this team is a BO build, but that's because of the Yveltal lol. Your Ferrothorn MU is a bit rough (yes even with V-Create Rayquaza-M + Overheat Groudon-P + Marshadow), and if you see a Ferrothorn + Arceus-Fairy on your screen you'll scream a lot so I was inclined to suggest a PerishPool DarkCeus (I was thinking Defog, as Fairy is a bad Fogger, but PerishPool is epic on the ladder), so you can do 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 Spe (outspeeds max-Speed base-90s), as it's a bit more consistent Necrozma-U check than 248 HP / 164 Def / 96 Spe.

Arceus-Dark @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 136 Def / 124 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Judgment
- Recover
- Perish Song
- Whirlpool

4. FairyCeus is cool but doesn't make a hot enough core with Scarf Yveltal so that's another reason why we're running DarkCeus. Yeah that's the standard set.

5. Toxic than Rest, Groudon-P can't use Rest in a team where you have 0 defensive switchins to a lot of Rayquaza-M sets and where it can just click, even if you have LO Pursuit Marshadow. Dragon Tail than Overheat for the same reason; we now have PerishPool DarkCeus so the Ferrothorn MU is a bit cooler, and you're already hurting opposing FairyCeus with Toxic + NDM, so you'll usually keep your Rocks on the field or keep enough offensive pressure on the Fairy. Ground MU is rough so that's another reason why you need Toxic on the Groudon-P. Yes Overheat does hit them hard but I personally prefer Dragon Tail on builds like this where Ray can click anything. Max HP / SpD with +SpD, you don't need Defense for anything special; no one runs Lucario-M now.

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Precipice Blades
- Dragon Tail
- Toxic

6. DO HP [Ice] Marshadow if the team doesn't run LO Mixed Ray. Otherwise pretty cool.
