More information about AGCL2 be found here. For the second cycle, the core is Kyurem-White+Dusk Mane Necrozma. (See second page of the given link to see second cycle)
The team:

Kyurem-White @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Turboblaze
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Freeze-Dry
- Fusion Flare
- Stone Edge
- Roost
Mandatory to participate in the AGCL2. Freeze-Dry is chosen over Ice Beam to check Kyogre better. Fusion Flare is coverage and hits Dusk Mane Necrozma hard and while Stone Edge is bad considering 0 Atk, it 2OHKOes Ho-Oh which is better switch-in to it. Roost helps for healing away any chip and to make it last longer, while Heavy Duty Boots protect it from any kind of chip damage of Stealth Rocks.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Prism Armor
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonlight
- Sunsteel Strike
- Knock Off
Also required to be in AGCL2. Max Def investment to counter Zacian-Crowned successfully. Stealth Rock is for hazard, while Moonlight is recovery. Knock Off OHKOes Calyrex-Shadow while removes Ho-Oh's heavy duty boots to prevent in to switch-in freely. Its Heavy Duty Boots while sounding meme protects it from getting chipped and prevents Assurance of Zacian-Crowned which has seen some usage and deals horrifying damage of 180 despite Prism Armor.

Yveltal @ Leftovers
Ability: Dark Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Snarl
- Foul Play
- U-turn
- Roost
The above mentioned two Pokemon are very weak to Yveltal and Calyrex-S, if you don't run a Choice Scarf on Kyurem-White. So for that purpose specially defensive Yveltal was added. Snarl lowers Sp.Def, and more importantly bypasses Substitute which some people are running on Calyrex-S. Foul Play is to hit those physical attackers hard and prevents Zacian-C to switch-in to it without any chip. U-Turn for pivoting and Roost for healing away any damage.

Ho-Oh @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 240 HP / 212 Def / 56 SpD
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Sacred Fire
- Whirlwind
- Toxic
The team's Defogger and beats every non-Wild Charge Zacian-Crowned and can pivot around with Yveltal to beat opponent's dynamax Yveltal. And it helps to prevent Xerneas becoming a threat by switching it with Whirlwind. Sacred Fire can burn opponents and hurts those who want to try it as a free switch-in. Toxic is for stalling.

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rest
- Calm Mind
- Origin Pulse
- Ice Beam
Not sure about this Pokemon. I do really need feedback on it. I do think Calm Mind + Origin Pulse helps to beat opposing Kyurem-Whites and Dusk Manes. Rest makes Eternatus only a bait for Calm Mind since Rest beats Toxic.

Zacian-Crowned @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Assurance
- Wild Charge
- Play Rough
- Behemoth Blade
The Sword Dog of death! Assurance helps against any Dusk Mane when Stealth Rocks are set-up. Wild Charge can't OHKO Ho-Oh, but it does after a chip from Behemoth-Blade. Play Rough is chosen because Zygarde can become annoying. Behemoth Blade is self-explanatory.

I feel like Kyogre should have Sleep Talk instead of Ice Beam since Primal Groudon is not in AG
You should use scarf Kyogre, it is really good in doubles ubers and they have a lot of similar pokemon

Kyogre choice Scarf
252 SPA, SPD 4 HP
+Speed, -Attack
Water Spout
Thunder
Ice beam/blizzard
Origin Pulse
This is AG though not Double Ubers. Also, it is primarily for absorbing status.
@eee01, how will you deal with Eternatus?
Hmm, what about Photon Geyser or Earthquake on Dusk Mane?
Earthquake or Photon Geyser? Dusk Mane's job is to set-up rocks, not to engage in fight. Also Stone Edge > Photon Geyser because it checks Ho-Oh.
Alright, so not Dusk Mane.

But with Sleep Talk, Kyogre can boost faster, and manage to beat unboosted Eternatus.

+6 252+ SpA Kyogre-Primal Origin Pulse vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eternatus: 170-201 (68.8 - 81.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
