Those EVs won't work. You should probably use Smogon's recommend set. Do /analysis (mon name), 7 to see a detailed analysis of it along with a good set

  1. Those EVs won't work, as Swastik said use smogon for EVs, but if you want, here is good EVs for all your pokes.

Why 2 dragon moves, replace dragon claw with v-create for hitting steels that aren't weak to eq(skarm)

Earthquake isn't very good on a more special mon, so I it replaced with thunder which is 100% accurate because of Primordial Sea

replace weak armor with Keen eye/ Sturdy, weak armor is garbage on a defensive mon, I replaced dark pulse with rocks so skarmory can also hit flying types with entry hazards and defog to clear out entry hazards on your side of the battleground.

Made it a physical attacker due to having swords dance, Claw is stab, sd is set up, Brick break is for the ghost fighting combo(yes its kinda weak, but swords dance boosts that power up) and sub is for setting up

Modest/Timid Nature
Ability: Dark aura
-Oblivion wing
-Dark pulse
-U-turn
-Taunt
Replace Darkri with Yveltal, Darkri was only useful pre dark void nerf, 50% isn't very good,
U-turn is for switching and taunt is for breaking stall.

Adamant Nature
Ability: Power constrict
-Thousand Arrows
-dragon tail/outrage
-Dragon dance/toxic/Thousand Waves/Coil
-substitute
Made him more attack focused due to his higher attack. dd is for setting up, toxic is to cripple walls, coil is to set up defense instead of speed
