Warney, what are you saying??? None of those Pokes are in the UU Tier. If you are going to give advice at least know what the hell you are talking about. Anyways, you team. I think it is a pretty standard team with some minor flaws. a) I would switch out your Zoroak for a Blatoise.

b) Give your Chandelure a Choice Scarf and Trick instead of Substitute.
c) Take Shadow Ball off and put on Calm mind on your Raikou.
