Clefable - You can't run Teleport becuase it's an LGPE transfer only move. Also, Cosmic Power is virtually useless on a pokemon with no attacking moves whose primary use is to switch out. Clefable is just not that good in series 6, Primarina and Azumarill outclass it as Fairy Types. I would actually recommend replacing Clefable with Primarina. You could run Sub CM Primarina or AV Primarina, I think AV Primarina is better for your team but Sub CM Primarina is good too, because it takes advantage or Primarina's amazing defensive typing. The reason why I say AV Primarina is better is because on this team I think you would just use it to pivot and force switches, not stay in and set up.

Primarina @ Assault Vest
Ability: Torrent
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Def
-Aqua Jet
-Sparkling Aria
-Energy Ball
-Moonblast

Aqua Jet for priority. You can make it Hasty Nature or something to give it more damage, but it usually doesn't matter anyways. Sparkling Aria goes through sub, Scald can be better though. Energy Ball for Water Types, you can use Psychic instead to hit Toxapex but I don't really think it's worth it. Moonblast for STAB ofc.

Toxapex - Doesn't really fit on your team imo, looks like it's supposed to be a Haze user but it can't stop Dracozolt, the main sweeper of this series anyways. It also shares a typing with Primarina, so you can get swept by Dracozolt even easier. If this is to check setup sweepers/dynamax users I would just go with sash Ditto, but if you want to keep it replace Toxic Spikes with Toxic. Hazards aren't that good in 3v3, especially when a lot of people run Heavy-Duty Boots.

Darmanitan-Galar - It's too slow to use without Choice Scarf. Give it Choice Scarf + Jolly Nature. Also Gorilla Tactics is OP, way better than Zen Mode imo. If you do decide on making those changes, also replace Zen Headbutt with U-Turn so you can scout better.

Tyranitar - You can't use Tyranitar series 6, unfortunately. And anyways, it looks like it was just meant to set up sand for Excadrill, which is also banned in series 6. I would probably replace it with Rhyperior to check Dracozolt.

Rhyperior @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Solid Rock
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
-Hammer Arm
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch
-Rock Blast/Stone Edge

Keep in mind it can't take special hits. Also be careful of switching it into Toxapex, even though it activates WP it could burn you and then Haze. Checks Dracozolt though, 2HKOs after Max Wyrmind when Dynamaxed so idk if I would call it a counter but it's a pretty good check. Another check is a counter user, but if you use Sash Ditto you can't run one.

Excadrill - Like I mentioned earlier, banned series 6. Use Dracozolt instead, it's the best sweeper this season.

Dracozolt @ Life Orb
Ability: Hustle
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 Atk/4 Def
-Bolt Beak
-Aerial Ace
-Outrage
-Fire Fang

You can run Flamethrower instead of Fire Fang to shut down counter users but I'm not a huge fan of it tbh. When you're not Dynamaxed use Aerial Ace if you don't want to risk the hustle accuracy.

Skarmory - Not that viable either but because I recommended so many other changes in your pokemon you can just keep this one. I would probably run Body Press instead of Spikes, though. Also be careful of Charizard and Dracozolt, they're really good now.

could i run blunder policy instead on hustle dracozolt
You could, but you’re usually going to Dynamax it anyways.
