Greninja-Ash (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Extrasensory
- Ice Beam
Amazing special attacker as it can outspeed Kartana due to its low special defense, with STAB dark pulse. Stronger water type moves in the rain.
Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 Def / 104 SpD / 152 Spe
Calm Nature
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Scald
- Roost
Obvious for a rain team, damp rock to extend the rain to 8 turns and some good bulk to tank hits. Roost for healing.
Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Superpower
Mandatory for a Rain team, as it can mega evolve and have a sky-high attack stat especially with adamant nature and access to ice punch.
Kyurem-Black @ Power Herb
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Freeze Shock
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Fusion Bolt
Amazing high attack and for balance, as it covers many of this team's weakness and powr herb to get that STAB freeze shock working.
Kartana @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpD
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance
- Smart Strike
Swords dance to boost the attack stat when you think it's safe and start sweeping. Jolly nature to outspeed most mons OU, but not all though.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
-Protect
-Fire Spin
-Toxic
-Stealth Rock

Fire spin instead of magma storm because of the better accuracy, and to trap the opponent. Toxic to chip off the opponent and protect for stalling and healing a turn with leftovers. Stealth rock to hazard set.

Here's my suggestions on it

On Greninja, go with choice specs and drop extrasensory for water shuriken. It's one goal is to sweep entire teams with shuriken. Since you have Kyurem, drop ice beam and replace it with spikes. This way, whenever you're sure your opponent will switch, drop some spikes to punish further switch ins and to make it easier to activate battle bond. Also change nature to timid to increase speed. Final set would be

Greninja-Ash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Spikes
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Water Shuriken

On Pelipper, replace hurricane with defog. You have no method of removing hazards and toxic spikes or stealth rock would ruin your team greatly. Everything else is okay

Swampert seems okay to me as well. Just consider using substitute over superpower but that's up to you

On Kyurem, replace power herb with the ice z crystal. A z freeze shock is gonna hurt a lot more than a regular freeze shock plus the z crystal does the same job of the power herb, only better. I'm not a fan of outrage since in gen seven, there are so many fairies running around and getting locked into outrage is a complete and utter death sentence. I would suggest this Kyurem set instead

Kyurem-Black @ Icium Z
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Fusion Bolt
- Freeze Shock

Remove Kartana. You already have Greninja, Swampert and Kyurem for wallbreaking and sweeping. Instead I would suggest replacing it with Ferrothorn with this set

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Careful Nature
- Protect
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock

I don't think Heatran is that good of a choice in rain since it's immune to fire anyway and the rain would just hamper with its own fire moves. Instead, I would suggest using Tornadus instead

Tornadus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- U-turn
- Hurricane
- Knock Off

Tornadus is one of the best abusers of rain as it will finally have a stab that will hit its target. This set also comes with the benefit of easing prediction since it can usually take one strong move, provided stealth rock isn't on your side of the field. It's also one of the best, if not the best defogger in gen seven ou. While Pelipper has defog, you do not want to put it in too much risk

Here's a sample final team

The reason Iput Heatran was because I keep getting sweeped by Solar Beam Mega Charizard Y
Otherwise, thanks!
2 defoggers is weird, also just keep Pelipper alive if Solar Beam Mega Charizard Y is such a problem lol. I agree superpower is replaceable but I would run SR.

It was a good RMT, you should probably ba tbh
Also how is this balance, IMO it’s offense?
You have Kyurem for that. It shouldn't die to a single focus blast so you can z freeze shock or fusion bolt it to death. Or just switch in Pelipper when you know it's going for a solarbeam. In fact, switch in Pelipper on it since it shud be able to take anything Charizard Y throws at it

Well, it does have a couple defensive backbone, Ferrothorn and Tornadus. And his first team is even more offensive than mine. It's almost a hyper offense I think
I know. I was talking about his original team. It was literally HO except for Heatran. I agree that Pelipper is a good counter. That's why I said "just keep Pelipper alive if Solar Beam Mega Charizard Y is such a problem lol".
Oh that confused me since you commented it on the answer and not the question
