You don't need two megas. No matter what happens, you're only gonna use one. Use this Gyarados set instead

Thundurus therian is not very useful on ur team. It fits well but it's pathetic moveset hinders it a whole lot. Zeraora might work better, but that will leave ur team with just one special attacker. However, this is up to u if u want to change or not.
I would say follow what kyokasuigetsu said and keep mega Scizor. But I would argue against putting a z crystal on it as normalium z would fit much better in azumarill.
The biggest issue on ur team is that 3 is weak to electric and although u hv a volt absorber, I think it would be best to just change out one of them

Tapu Koko: Seems solid in my opinion.
Hawlucha: You bring it right after Tapu Koko, so unburden will immediately activate. I don't think you need to give it 252 Spe as 118 Base Speed when doubled would basically outspeed anything else, so instead give it some defences like 96 HP/ 36 Sp.Def and 124 Spe. Give it this bulk or more bulkier else Ash-Greninja can kill you with Water Shuriken. If you don't run Roost, then Drain Punch, so this set is pretty good and has coverage for fairies.
Azumarill: Its really solid. But I will give it Normalium-Z on Azumarill, so that Z-Belly Drum which heals HP to 100% then maximises attack and deducts 50% HP. Z-Belly Drum is better than Sitrus Berry Belly Drum. Nothing more to say.
Don't keep two megas. I would recommend keeping Scizor as Mega over Gyarados, because Moxie is much better than Mold Breaker. Gyarados' ability Moxie is better than its Mega's, so you can keep it like KyokaSuigetsu told, and give it a item like Life orb or Leftovers.
Thunderus-Therian: 3/6 of team are weak to electric, and volt absorb is OK, but Landorus-Therian is much better.
