I mean, I think I don't know what I'm doing. It's my first time playing singles, so...

So I tried to EV some pokemon for doubles, immediately gave up, and started playing singles.

Sandaconda @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sand Spit
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Glare
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Endure
Sandaconda is my sand setter. Sand Spit and Endure is the ultimate combo, glare for speed control, stealth rock because yes, and earthquake for damage output. Sandaconda has a suprisingly high attack of 107, which put it over the edge against gigalith for me.

Lycanroc @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Fire Fang
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
There will never be a pokemon as broken as Excadrill, but hey, we can try. Lycanroc has a pretty good attack stat and a really good attacking movepool. Am considering Drill Run over play rough.

Edit:Am using thunder fang over play rough, thank god Lycanroc get electric coverage

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled
- Tri Attack
- Seismic Toss
I feel bad for putting Blissey on the team, but let's be honest: Blissey is the ultimate special tank. Seismic Toss for pokemon that set up themselves, calm mind for setting up, soft-boiled for healing and tri attack for obvious reasons.

Edit: Found out that a cleanup sweeper in the back is very helpful, so using Darmanitan:
Darmanitan-Galar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Gorilla Tactics
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Scald
- Baneful Bunker
- Haze
I am a bad person, but functionality over mercy. Toxapex is my physical tank, if someone activates a weakness policy I can easily undo it with haze. Baneful Bunker over Toxic since stalling out someone's dynamax is really important, and scald for damage.

Weezing-Galar @ Expert Belt
Ability: Neutralizing Gas
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Strange Steam
- Sludge Wave
- Fire Blast
- Will-O-Wisp
A lot of leads use weather or prankster for their abilities. Weezing-Galar completely shuts that down. Sludge Wave and Expert Belt can just barely take down Grimmsnarl, same goes for Alolan Ninetales. Weezing-Galar can also win in a one vs one against most hustle users provided that they don't carry a ground move.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unseen Fist
Level: 50
Gigantamax: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Thunder Punch
- Close Combat
- U-turn
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike is my second sweeper other than Lycanroc, overall it just does a lot of damage.

My two leads are usually sandaconda or weezing-galar with lycanroc and urshifu respectively, then either toxapex or darmanitan in the back depending on how many max candidates they have.

Thanks(in advance)
