Too much policies. But you're forgetting one policy. Privacy policy lol XDXDXDXD
I've said this on the noivern moveset page, but I'll say it again:no ivern is fast, it doesn't need a +2 speed boost.
Steelix:it has automize, why a speed boosting item too? Also, both noivern and steelix are outclassed. As a stealth rock setter, belive it or not rhyperior, yes the one with 2 4× weaknesses, is better. It also has rock polish if you want to speed it up. Noivern as a fast specail sweeper(as that's what u appear to be using it for) special dragapult or alakazam.
