You also have useless EVs on some of these Pokemon. Tapu Koko and Manectite can only have 4 HP EVs. Rotom-Wash is missing EVs too; maybe 4 SpD?

Tapu Koko's and Manectric's EVs are technically legal, but the those extra two points have no impact on level 100 Pokemon.

That won't have any effect either. There is no way to get value from the last two EVs, because 510 is not a multiple of 4.
