Grodog (Groudon-Primal) @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Def / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Precipice Blades
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Roar
Groudon Primal is my hazard setter. With its bulky stats and high attack it can tank attacks and use roar to get some stealth rock damage or it can use precipide blades or Stone Edge To Damage by attacking. It has very good typing combined with solid bulk, and Desolate Land also give it huge defensive utility, which makes it a perfect hazard setter.

Ded (Xerneas) @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 108 Def / 252 SpA / 148 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Geomancy
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Fire]
This is my primary sweeper Xerneas. With its move geomancy it can sweep almost every team. The strategy works by using geomancy and making it 1 turn by power herb. Then Dynamaxing and having 3 Offensive moves. Max Starfall, Max Lightning, and Max Flare. Max starfall has very high damage due to fairy aura and the misty terrain after using max starfall once.

Prepare to be ded (Zacian-Crowned) @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 136 Atk / 120 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Behemoth Blade
- Play Rough
- Swords Dance
- Sacred Sword

This is my secondary sweeper Zacian. With its absurdly high Attack and Speed it is perfect for sweeping however a choice scarfed ditto counters it. Swords Dance boosts Zacian-C's already high Attack stat to sky-high levels, allowing it to OHKO lots of pokemon.

Big Looser (Lugia) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Toxic
- Defog
- Whirlwind

This is lugia it is my defog pokemon. It is very defensive and can tank hits from physical damages and use defog to clear hazards. Its toxic is a secondary use to it by stalling and spamming roost. After Groudon has fainted Lugia can still use whirlwind and do more hazard damage however i mostly only use lugia for defog.

Mimikyu @ Mimikium Z
Ability: Disguise
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Play Rough
- Substitute

Mimikyu is my counter against sweepers like calyrex shadow. I use swords dance and then shadow sneak or play rough getting a stab to hopefully ohko then opponents pokemon.Using substitute can be also good if mimikyu can outspeed the pokemon.

Better Pokemon (Ditto) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Transform

Ditto has a good ability Imposter, making it one of the best revenge killers in the team. Choice Scarf gives Ditto the ability to outspeed any Pokemon that isn't running a Choice Scarf itself.

What pokemond do you recommend to run it
Usually I run either Excadrill since it four times resists stealth rock, or Pheromosa, since it is really fast and can outspeed things that would KO it and pretty much ensure the rapid spin is successful. You could also do something with Forretress since it has Sturdy and can always survive a hit  with Heavy Duty Boots that isn't Sunsteel Strike, Moongeist Beam, or something with Mold Breaker, Turboblaze, or Teravolt. For your team, I think you could get Fightinium Z Pheromosa instead of Mimikyu or something, which leaves your Lugia another move slot for something like Aeroblast that makes it not completely destroyed by Taunt.
@eee01, there aren't any good Rapid Spinners. @MasterPokeDude, you can leave that and have Defog. I don't recommend 252 Spe in Lugia, but it's your choice.
Hmm maybe regieleki. It can be good with an electro ball set because it then basically always has 150 power.
Useless. Excadrill is better
