SpD for better taking Scarf Kyogre Water spouts. Trick Room to help against Trick Room teams.

I am OK with replacing Palkia for another pokemon that counters Kyogre and prevents Trick Room.

All your pokemon suggestions must be obtainable in Pokémon Sword and Shield or Lets go Pikachu without Pokémon Home.

First of all, let's go through your mons one by one
Yveltal: Good Moveset but run life orb over lefties so it hits harder. Plus it can heal off life orb damage with oblivion wing and run timid or modest.
Zygarde: I understand not wanting to be locked in to and confused by Outrage because I have that feeling too but Outrage simply has way more power for you to choose Breaking swipe over it for dragon stab. Plus usually, the substitute sets on Zygarde are better.
Zacian: Good set but if I had to make a change to the set I would probably swap wild charge with swords dance but the set is fine even if you don't change it
Calyrex-S: why just the weak draining kiss for dark types. swap leaf storm with pollen puff or swap draining kiss with pollen puff.
Necrozma-Dusk Mane: This is fine
Palkia: Thunder>Thunderbolt with no rain or accuracy boosts? swap thunder for thunderbolt or keep thunder and use wide lens over life orb

Comments

Why Wide Lens? Palkia is more importantly to deal with Kyogre against which Thunder has always 100% accuracy because of Rain. Breaking Swipe hits both enemies.
