Why leftovers on Arceus and also you have recover are your using it only as a status move user.Being an alpha pokemon you can use damage dealing moves with leftovers or have any  plate to get STAB
Who cares if Arceus is an Alpha Poké..?
It doesn't matter in Competitive...

1) Mega gengar
It's just okay. But it's better to have icy wind instead of dazzling gleam. Because of the multiple m-salamance and zygarde everywhere, this is a great move. It also provides speed control for later coming in mons. Also, no need of psychic. Thunder is a lot better coverage and can wipe out chipped kyogres and ho-ohs.
2) necrozma dusk mane
This is alright. I'd just suggest that just have solgalium z for xerneas.
3) Arceus
Arceus normal as support!? (Well I wouldn't blame you, I did this earlier too)
Arceus normal is not a good support. You may want to keep it here for leftovers or suprise factor but it's not that good. As mega zygarde said to me, Those Arceus forms are used that have an immunity to common types like fairy, dark etc. Or those who have resistance to many types ( steel).
I Personally suggest of Arceus dark. Set:
Arceus-dark @ dread plate
Timid nature
252 HP: 160 def : 96 spe
-judgement
-recover
-toxic/defog
- earth power/ice beam/defog
If you want it as a late game cleaner with calm mind(if I miss read it),make EVs max speed, max hp 4 s.atk and replace toxic with calm mind.
5) zygarde
Why are you running chesto resto?
It's not good for zygarde. Zygarde runs rest if your other Pokémon have toxiced the opponent Pokemon. And coil if opponent is physical attacker. No need to run chesto. Better to run leftovers.
6) xerneas
I think you forgot what swastik said earlier. #NEVER follow guessed spread.
You only need 168 def EVs! Invest the rest of em in speed. Or else opponent scarf Pokémon will revenge kill your xerneas.
I personally prefer focus blast but u can have HP fire I guess.
That's all.
Hope I helped!

I forgot to change the "guessed spread" lol, thanks btw!
No problem!
HP Fire does what Focus does to Ferro's also (+2 252+ SpA Xerneas Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Ferrothorn: 374-442 (106.2 - 125.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO), plus Focus also hits Chansey (+2 252+ SpA Xerneas Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 294-348 (45.7 - 54.2%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO), and HP Fire eliminates Zac-C in Gen 8 NatDex AG after Geomancy and Dynamax. Hidden Power Fire is unique in being able to hit Mega Scizor while also covering other niche Steel-types with consistency, but seeing the usage stats, Mega Sciz ain't used much, so not much of a threat to worry about. HP Fire is, well, outclassed, and also, Focus hit's Primal Groud's, + NDM's for more damage than Moonblast and HP Fire respectively.

That whole is my opinion abt it being outclassed and such so any contradiction is welcome ;)
