do you need focus sash twice
Wow why only Mind Blown on Blace :O
its supposed to kamakazie
Overall this team is ok I’m just going to alter the move sets of some since I think they can do better.  Slowbro I would change calm mind for block or toxic or both on since it can take opponents down fast. Lycanrock I will say a very good set but maybe try swords dance and accelerock over stone edge and bulk up. For some reason I never trust stone edge unless you have wide lens on and for bulk up, swords dance achieves more since lycanrock isn’t the bulky type. Bisharp I don’t see why you need rock polish as it is already ridiculously fast and maybe try iron head. Overall good job

Block is very situational when pivoting moves exist. Bisharp isn't "ridiculously fast", it has base 70 speed. Almost all the pokemon on the team are unviable. Wait, I just saw this answer doesn't have enough bad info for me to criticize.
Giga Impact and Double-Edge are bad, use Close Combat instead of Brick Break on Lycanroc, and for Bisharp Iron Head over Revenge, Sucker Punch instead of X-Scissor, Swords Dance instead of Rock Polish, and Life Orb instead of Focus Sash, and on Heracross Close Combat instead of Double-Edge, and use Sticky Web/Return/Yawn instead of Giga Impact on Slurpuff, give Blacephalon Shadow Ball, Trick, Flamethrower/Fire Blast

Slowbro < Toxapex

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Knock Off
- Baneful Bunker
- Recover

Knock Off for getting rid of items, Scald for burning and Recover for recovery. Toxapex is a better Regenerator wall and bulky water type than Slowbro as well as having better stats.

Slurpuff < Clefable

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave

Thunder Wave for paralyzing and Soft-Boiled for recovery. Every good team needs a Stealth Rocks setter, so I swapped Slurpuff to Clefable because it has better stats.

Lycanroc-Dusk < Tyranitar

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

I swapped Lycaroc-Dusk to Tyranitar because it's much better rock type, as it can take a lot of special hits and it can hit Pokemon switching out with Pursuit. And because Tyranitar is a much bulkier rock type.

Blacephalon

Blacephalon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Mind Blown
- Flamethrower/Fire Blast
- Trick
- Shadow Ball

Mind Blown and Flamethrower/Fire Blast so you can use a fire STAB without recoil, Trick to cripple Choice Band users. Blacephalon is a great special sweeper and can snowball easily.

Heracross < Hawlucha

Hawlucha @ Electric Seed
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch/High Jump Kick

Hawlucha goes great with Tapu Koko, as Electric Surge lets Unburden activate, so Hawlucha can set up a Swords Dance then sweep. Hawlucha is a better Fighting type physical sweeper than Heracross. And has better stats and can set up.

Bisharp < Tapu Koko

Tapu Koko @ Light Clay/Terrain Extender
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam

Light Clay for screens, or Terrain Extender to have a longer time for Hawlucha to switch in. Bisharp isn't as needed on this team since it's not super hazard-reliant, meaning that it's ablility is less useful, but Tapu Koko can allow Hawlucha to sweep.
