@Matt. that's the common set for it as a Dual Screen setter in both Gen 7 and 8.

I still think it’s better to have STAB. Just because it’s smogon suggested, doesn’t mean it’s actually the best set. I guess it mostly depends on whether or not your team is either a.) threatened by Ground Type switch ins or b.) wants to prioritize utility/pivoting over chip damage. Koko hits hard enough to justify carrying Volt Switch over U-Turn IMO.
