Lets Go! This team fairs pretty well for me.

Raichu-Alola @ Electric Seed
Ability: Surge Surfer
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rising Voltage
- Nasty Plot
- Surf
- Psychic
Mainly used after Pincurchin lead. The memento support by pincurchin helps Raichu Set up at least 1 Nasty Plot while surviving 1 super effective move, then just proceed attacking.

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- Hydro Pump
- Shadow Ball
- Volt Switch
I can choose to trick the scarf to an opponent, or just proceed attacking with any move i need to use.

Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Discharge
- Defog
- Tailwind
Heat Wave for Coverage, along woth STAB Discharge. Defog to remove all hazards and screens, and Tailwind to Outspeed the opponents.

Toxtricity @ Throat Spray
Ability: Punk Rock
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Mild Nature
- Boomburst
- Gunk Shot
- Overdrive
- Shift Gear
Shift Gear to outspeed some opponents, then proceed with Boomburst or Overdrive to activate Throat Spray, and Gunk Shot gets a nice boost from the Shift Gear.

Dracozolt @ Zoom Lens
Ability: Hustle
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bolt Beak
- High Horsepower
- Iron Tail
- Dragon Claw
The zoom lens mitigates the accuracy loss from Hustle, to deal which gives a better fighting chance with all the STAB and coverage moves above.

Pincurchin @ Focus Sash
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Memento
- Thunder Wave
- Rising Voltage
- Sucker Punch
Supports Raichu with mementoing the opponents so Raichu can freely set up 1 Nasty Plot. Thunder Wave to Paralyze opponents, also Rising Voltage as Terrain STAB, along with Priority Sucker Punch

That's my team. Thx :)

Tapu Koko is better then Pinchurchin as a Electric Terrain setter. You don't need Tailwind on Zapdos, switch it to Roost. Sludge Wave is better then Gunk Shot so you can focus on a special attacking EV spread. Dracozolt isn't very good outside of sand, switch it to something like Magnezone or Zeraora.
The thing is, i need the pincurchin memento support to maximize Raichu's work. Because with memento support, i can confidently set up at least 1 nasty plot on raichu

Well, I recommend Tapu Koko as an electric surge setter and pincurchin can be there in case tapu koko faints.

Tapu Koko@ Life Orb
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Dazzling Gleam
- Grass Knot
- Thunder Wave

Tapu Koko can be used as a sweeper itself. First you can Thunder Wave, then Volt Switch to Alolan Raichu, then set up with nasty plot. Life Orb just gives it enough damage output to OHKO common ground types like Mammoswine and Swampert with Grass knot. Dazzling Gleam is there for Garchomp.

Here is a set for Pincurchin:

Pincurchin@ Terrain Extender
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rising Voltage
- Toxic Spikes
- Scald
- Hex

After Thunder Waving, maybe you can switch to Pincurchin and do double damage with Hex or set Toxic Spikes to do double damage with Hex again, Scald for a burn chance, again if getting the burn, Hex will do double damage. Hex is also good against non-normal type pokemon with Guts. Rising Voltage is just the best electric move in Electric Terrain. These two together perform good in battle along with Alolan Raichu.

I would switch out Toxtricity for Tapu Koko.

Some suggestions:
If you really want to use Toxtricity, then here is a set:
Toxtricity @ Throat Spray
Ability: Punk Rock
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overdrive
- Hyper Voice/Boomburst
- Snarl/Shift Gear
- Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave

For dracozolt:
Dracozolt @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bolt Beak
- Outrage
- Aerial Ace/Earthquake/Rock Slide
- Low Kick
Choice Scarf lets it outspeed many other fast pokemon, and doing double damage with Bolt Beak.
Also Low Kick is for Rock Pokemon, and also for Max Knuckle when Dynamaxed, same with Max Airstream/Aerial Ace. Aerial Ace is quite a weak move, so you might as well replace it with Earthquake or Rock Slide.

For Zapdos, Tailwind isn't necessary as You already have fast attackers in Dracozolt and Alolan Raichu.
You can replace that with roost.

Overall this is a really good team. These are suggestions to make it even more successful in battle.

Thx for the suggestions. Although Terrain Extender is banned in Monotype, and you can't Dynamax either. But your suggestions are good, thx
No prob! And without than terrain extender, any other item is good. I would recommend having a berry or leftovers for healing. Even without dynamax, Dracozolt is really destructive with Choice Scarf and Bolt BEak
