Let me know what to replace and a better pokemon is in its place. Also if they are good pokemon with just bad sets.

Volcarona (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Flamethrower
- Bug Buzz
- Roost

Great STAB moves with flamethrower & bug buzz. Quiver dance to set up for a sweep. Roost to heal if anything happens.

Blastoise (F) @ White Herb
Ability: Rain Dish
Gigantamax: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Focus Punch
- Earthquake
- Aqua Jet

Shell smashing set with the white herb to reset lowered defense. Aqua jet for STAB and priority. Earthquake and focus punch for strong physical moves.

Rillaboom (F) @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Grassy Surge
Gigantamax: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Grassy Glide
- Acrobatics
- Taunt
- Earthquake

Grassy seed to boost defense with terrain. Grassy glide as a STAB prioty move. Acrobatics to deal massive damage since the seeds are used up when it enters the battle. Taunt to stall is needed with its decent defenses.

Slowbro-Galar (F) @ Quick Claw
Ability: Quick Draw
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Psyshock
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam

A very strong special attacker with quick claw and quick draw with a 50% chance combined of moving first. Nasty plot to set up a little bit and psyshock as good STAB.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

Power herb to finish geomancy in one turn to boost Sp Atk. and speed. Moonblast as strong STAB move.

Dusclops (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 116 Def / 124 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Poltergeist
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Somewhat gimmicky set, though it works quite well. Eviolite to boost its already high defenses. Poltergeist is a very strong STAB move. Taunt and will-o-wisp as a support.

Hi,
The focus on STAB moves is great for offence, but I don't really see the 'defence' part of the team. Great setup, maybe put in a healer or support Pokémon?
