Let's see...
This is an unviable team.
Let's put it this way: this team, assuming Volc is removed and replaced for Iron Moth (closest replacement), is decent at best in OU, the standard tier. Tinkaton may have a stupendoes move in Gigaton Hammer, but its measely 75 Attack stat renders it unable to do any damage without Gigaton. Now imagine if it's facing a Great Tusk. Even with STAB Play Rough, your Tinkaton will do 68.4% maximum to an OFFENSIVE Tusk, and it barely 3HKOs if defensive. Also, it's slow as hell (for an offensive Pokemon), and Tera Normal offers absolutely no offensive or defensive capabilities. Remember, you're up against professional players who don't care what you use on your playthrough team.
Pawmot sounds good on paper (and had hype in early days, actually had a good amount of success with pawmot annihilape) but in this new powercrept meta it can't do absolutely anything. Sure, there's good coverage in the punches, but what's the use if Ice Punch barely 2HKO offensive Tusk, and it can easily KO you before that with Rapid Spin and EQ? Sash is also useless on this team, as there is absolutely no hazard removal, meaning hazard setters such as Tusk, Ting-Lu, and Glimmora can easily break the sash. Then all you need is one of the speedy offensive threats, like Valiant or Dragapult, for this thing to do absolutely nothing in a game.
Meowscarada is...something. I've seen it be used to decent success, however I have seen none with this set. First of all, Adamant loses out on mons like Cinderace, Sneaseler, and unboosted Valiant, that you could have pivoted on with U-Turn (nevermind you don't even have U-Turn). Night Slash is wholly inferior to Knock Off, as crits are very rare, and an unboosted Knock is only 5 BP weaker than Night Slash. However, this, in an OU context, is still usable, as long as you do moveset changes that I'll reccomend later.
Ceruledge is less usable, as the only time I've seen people use ledge is on Sun team (more FIREpower) or PsyTerrain spam (immunity to prio which I will explain later) First of all, you didn't even list an ability here, so I will assume that you chose the one that is better: Weak Armor. This works by letting Ceruledge take a physical hit, live with sash, get boosted speed, use Swords Dance, and sweep. Now you see why Psychic Terrain can help Ceruledge, to prevent it from priority, which would easily finish it after taken down to Sash. Onto your set, however, and the first thing that caught my eye is that you mentioned how this is strong. Well, it is somewhat strong, but lacks devestating damage from the likes of, say, Zamaenta or Kingambit. It is also unreasonably slow for an offensive Pokemon, which, combined with hazards breaking sash, would mean it would have a hard time even getting an attack off. Lastly, Dragon Claw. It sucks. Never use this without STAB.
There's a reason Volc is banned (which I think is unjustified, UNBAN VOLC) from OU: Quiver Dance, along with Tera Ground. Tera Grass was the preferred tera before Home, but with Heatran on the loose, Tera Ground Volcarona can dismantle many teams that rely on Heatran to counter Volc. Bug Buzz can even destroy Tera Grass Heatran, the most common tera variant. With that being said, this set also sucks. Without Quiver Dance, Volcarona loses its offensive niche, and even defensive variants run moves like Morning Sun and Will-o-Wisp. Focus Sash Volcarona, on the other hand, absolutely sucks, since Rocks would instantly take half of Volc's health, rendering both Sash and Volcarona itself useless. Quiver Dance also gives it the Speed and Special Attack that allows it to put massive dents in teams, so just a four attack variant will not do enough damage. Modest Volcarona is actually viable...if you run QD. Which you don't.
Finally, Baxcalibur. I have the feeling that you're one of those players who hate setup moves and like to click buttons. AV Bax is honestly one of the better mons on this team, but it's massive Attack of 145 is put to waste without a method to boost its Attack to even more insane heights. I'm talking Choice Band or Dragon Dance. Since this is actually one of the...not worse sets on this team, all I'll say is that Aqua Tail and Body Press aren't viable moves on Baxcalibur, and I'll explain why later.
Now onto the sets. I'll try and mold around the mons to make it viable for OU, since Ubers and AG would require drastic changes. I'll include an improved set for each mon, but sometimes I'll add in an alternative in order to cater towards your button mashing habits.
Tinkaton (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 172 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Gigaton Hammer
- Knock Off
- Encore / Thunder Wave
Standard utility Tinkaton set on Smogon, Tinkaton can easily set up Stealth Rocks, remove an item with Knock Off, and disrupt the opponent with either TWave or Encore. What's notable is that Tinkaton's status moves actually hit through Gholdengo's Good as Gold, meaning it is one of the few Pokemon capable of paralyzing the poster child of inflation. However, I can feel that this isn't what you want to use, so instead, another physical attacker:
Great Tusk @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin
Tusk, the one that can do it all. One problem you lack is hazard control, which is the ability to remove entry hazards from your team. Headlong Rush and Close Combat are 120BP STABs, providing great offensive pressure along with utility with Rapid Spin, which removes hazards. Finally, Knock Off is good to remove items off of annoying mons like Air Balloon Gholdengo and Leftovers from defensive mons.
Pawmot @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Double Shock
- Mach Punch
- Revival Blessing
You can't use Pawmot only for Support: you need some attacking moves as well. Double Shock and Close Combat are again, high powered STABs, with Double Shock able to remove a debilitating Ground weakness. Mach Punch, again, provides priority, and Revival Blessing is Revival Blessing. To be honest, it's incredibly hard to use Pawmot because of Great Tusk, but I'll try and build the rest of the team to accomodate for that weakness.
Meowscarada @ Choice Band
Ability: Protean
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Flower Trick
- U-turn
- Sucker Punch
This is a button masher mon. I mentioned why Knock Off is better than Night Slash, so I won't go over it again. U-Turn is used for pivoting. Assume you have your Meowscarada facing off a weakened Tusk. You could just go for Flower Trick, or you can predict the switch and use U-Turn. If they switched, you will be able to switch in a mon appropriate for their switch-in, and have good momentum. For example, if they switched to defensive Kingambit, your U-Turn will hit the Kingambit, then you can switch to Great Tusk. All of a sudden, the Kingambit's life is flashing before its eyes. Sucker Punch is here for the same reason as Mach Punch: Priority. Since Choice Bamd Meow is quite a bit stronger than Pawmot, this is usually a better method to dispatch moderately chipped mons.
Ceruledge @ Focus Sash
Ability: Weak Armor
Tera Type: Fire / Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bitter Blade
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat
Unfortunaly, this mon is not a button masher mon. Fortunately, all you need to do is to setup once, then likely sweep your opponent. Weak Armor Ceruledge is able to achieve that. Weak Armor boosts your Speed by two stages and lowers Defense by one after being hit by a physical move. Let's say that your Ceruledge is facing off against a Great Tusk. By utilizing Focus Sash, you can live the Earthquake or Headlong Rush that the Tusk uses. By utilizing Weak Armor, you can boost your Speed by two stages, which is often enough to outspeed everything. By utilizing Swords Dance, you can boost your Attack up to tremendous heights. Bitter Blade is for STAB, Close Combat is a wrecking ball, and Shadow Sneak is in case something like a weakened Azumarill tries to finish you off with Aqua Jet. Tera Fire Bitter Blade offers the most damage output, however Ghost is also an option to boost up Shadow Sneak in case you didn't get the Weak Armor boost if the opposing mon is a Special Attacker. The reason Focus Sash is viable now, but not on your team, is because Great Tusk is able to remove hazards with Rapid Spin, meaning Focus Sash won't go to waste.
Iron Moth @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 124 Def / 132 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fiery Dance
- Energy Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Psychic / Sludge Wave
Because Volcarona is banned, we have to use Iron Moth, as its playstyle is the most similar to Volcarona. With the given EV spread, Booster Energy is able to boost Speed. We can afford to do this due to Fiery Dance's chance to boost Special Attack, potentially turning Iron Moth into a sweeper. Tera Fairy is a good defensive typing to protect against Kingambit's Sucker Punch, as well as being able to boost Dazzling Gleam. The choice between Psychic and Sludge Wave is up to what you want to hit. Psychic hits Toxapex, while Sludge Wave hits Enamorous. If I were you, I would choose Psychic, as if obtained enough Fiery Dance boosts, Moth can naturally break past Enamorous. The same cannot be said with Pex, especially with Haze Pex, which can remove all boosts other than the boost from Quark Drive.
Baxcalibur @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Thermal Exchange
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Glaive Rush
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake
This is standard sweeping set for Baxcalibur. Bax possesses the highest Attack stat of any Dragon Dancer in OU (technically Haxorus is stronger, but only by two points, and Hax doesn't have a powerful secondary STAB), and so this is the best method to absolutely cleave through teams after one boost. Heavy Duty Boots prevents entry hazards in case Great Tusk has already fainted, or you have no opportunity to Rapid Spin. Glaive Rush and Icicle Crash are powerful STABs, and Earthquake hits otherwise problematic mons such as Toxapex, Gholdengo, and Heatran. Tera Fairy, like you said, is to protect against other Dragons, but also to provide a valuable Fighting resist, which can allow you to snag a crucial turn to Dragon Dance.
Aaaand that's the team! Based on your descriptions, I feel like you are a generally new player, so feel free to reach out to me on my wall if you want more information on how to use this team, or just competitive Pokemon in general. I'm not the best player on this website, so you can also ask others to get potentially better information. If you are interested in Anything Goes, I can try and compile a team that fits your playstyle, or you can do your own research on smogon.com. I hope you have fun in Gen 9 OU!
