Zoroark-Hisui @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Illusion
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Hyper Voice
- Nasty Plot
- Focus Blast
I chose Zoroark-Hisui for the illusion, so that they switch out to the wrong Pokemon and I can kill them. It is also a pretty good offensive Pokemon.
Great Tusk @ Icium Z
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Close Combat
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Spinner
I chose Great Tusk as it would work well with a Z-Move, and it has good offensive and defensive capabilities as well as being strong in sunlight.
Iron Valiant @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
Iron Valiant has a lot of moves which would be super-effective against certain Pokemon. It has good attacking capabilities and outspeeds a lot of other Pokemon.
Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
Landorus-T is a very bulky Pokemon which can withstand a lot of attacks. I normally use it to set up entry hazards, and also to poison Pokemon if possible.
Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Close Combat
- Dual Wingbeat
Scizor is a very powerful sweeper, especially with priority. It can OHKO a lot of Pokemon with Bullet Punch (which is powered up by Technician when it Mega Evolves), and if it outspeeds it can kill with Dual Wingbeat and Close Combat.
Tornadus-Therian @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Defog
- Knock Off
Tornadus is a good defogger and is also good for pivoting with Landorus. Knock Off removes items from opposing Pokemon and is good to take care of Ghost types. Hurricane does decent damage but is very powerful when it causes confusion.

why are you using Light Metal on Scizor even though you can just use Technician without Mega Evolving? Why do you say that Great Tusk will be good in Sun even though you don't have a Sun setter?
What is the format?
The format is National Dex. I am using Light Metal first because if I switch in to Scizor and the other Pokemon then immediately uses a weight based attack such as Grass Knot then it will do less damage (it is not that likely but it is better to have it than to not.) I do not have a sun setter but a lot of Pokemon have abilities which create sunlight, and Great Tusk is a good counter to them as it is great against fire types (which normally use sun.)
can you please give suggestions for improvements
I’m not really good at NatDex so I can’t give you really good advice, but  Zoroark-H is not viable in OU. You could replace it with Dondonzo, which can absorb Fire attacks directed at Scizor while Scizor can absorb the Grass Knots directed for Dondonzo.

Dondozo @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Liquidation  / Wave Crash
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
I believe Zoroark-Hisui is UU because when I was researching for my team I found H-Zoroark there
